- "The property was wonderful! Very convenient location for our Southern Utah outdoor activities, everyone was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. We'll be back!" - "Great stay" - "We loved staying here. There were four of us that shared a large room. Two people slept on the queen memory foam mattress on the floor which was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies that you would need to cook your meals. We put our cold items in the fridge and they had space if we wanted to put our dry items in the kitchen instead of our rooms. The house was new and very clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom in our room was very large for all of us to get ready for the day. We felt like part of the family here and really enjoyed our conversations with them. We had a lot of fun just staying in. The hosts were very friendly and we felt comfortable enough to use the common areas such as the living room. They even provided fresh coffee for the mornings which was a nice touch. We will stay here again! Loved our time here."

Start the new year with a great family vacation! Wild Turkey Lodge is also known as Ogden Valley Farm, a working and teaching/organic method vegetable and flower farm in Spring, Summer and Fall. Our valley is designated as dark sky country, so when not skiing come check our our fabulous Universe at night. For an additional experience, schedule a farm to table dinner created by your hosts for $25/person. We are taking reservations for the Winter Ski season now.

Several rental options are possible. OPTION 1 Rent our whole house for $450/night. This would include 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms that will accommodate up to six adults. OPTION 2 Wild Turkey Lodge can accommodate 1 separate bedroom with a queen bed bedroom for two adults with a private bath for $150/night. (NOTE: Each additional 2 adult bedroom has a queen bed. The bedroom has a shared bath for an additional $150/night. More than two adults will require additional bedrooms and each added room will cost $150/night.)
The Wild Turkey Lodge Bed and Breakfast only offers one booking per night to maintain the privacy of our guests. Your hosts, Farmer Glenn and his wife Boni reside in a separate wing of the main house and occasionally in a small cabin on the property when a larger party is booked. The entire lower level includes a comfortable queen-sized log bed, a separate bedroom with a full-sized bed, a full bath, a family room area with a fireplace, game table for 6 people, and a professional pool table. This option is recommended for a for a family with young children.
The Lodge is a perfect getaway from your fast-paced work schedule. : We are COVID-19 compliant, with cleaning, and social distancing and we will do all we can to maintain the lodge within recommended guidelines. GROUP FEES & PRICING (4+ guests)

→Additional $20/person per night on all bookings over 4

→Any group using 5+ beds is required to reserve The Bonus Room ($50/stay)

→Any group of 10+ is required to pay a $250 mostly refundable deposit ($50 will be non-refundable to cover large group insurance).

Following fees also apply to groups of 4+, using 3+ beds or using the game room or living room for sleeping:

→Add'l $50 cleaning fee for every 5 people (after 16)

→$20/person per night (+ tax and service fee) over the 1st 4. VRBO will figure this into the amount charged for 5th through 16th guest

→3 Night minimum stay on basic room cost and the add'l per person fee ($60) per guest. (May be waived, check with host as soon after booking as possible)

→Any person in the home during quiet hours (10p - 8a) included as an add'l guest for the entire stay. Any person in the home during a period of time that looks and/or sounds like a party included as an add'l guest the day of the party/celebration

→ $50 change fee (+add'l applicable fees) if size of the group increases or decreases within 14 days of arrival. We plan available hosting dates around the # of people/beds already booked. We will accommodate changes in the group size if schedule permits, but it does lead to add'l expenses to ensure enough manpower for proper clean-up between groups

→ $15/hour for time spent working out details and explaining the group fees, if caused by not reading the listing

→ $500 Unauthorized Visitor Fee if guests who have not been pre-approved are in the home or on the property at any time during your stay OR Smoking/Drinking Damage Fee (+ applicable per person and group fees). All applicable ‘guest’ fees will be added in addition for any un-approved guest in the home at any time during quiet hours (10p-8a). If these fees come into play, any group fees waived by the host will be reinstated and due immediately. Fees will be enforced by Property Management Company (zero tolerance policy) and host will no longer have an option to waive fees. These fees are easy to avoid by simply keeping your on-site host informed about any extra guests you plan to invite. Inviting additional people to stay may incur additional fees since it increases the cost of hosting you in addition to wear and tear to the home

PARTY/CELEBRATION:
Small family/friend gatherings, parties and celebrations may be allowed during your stay by request and pre-approval ONLY. However:

→ Must be pre-approved. No alcohol allowed.

→ $250 mostly refundable deposit. Deposit will be refunded after clean-up is completed if rules were followed and no more than normal cleaning is required. $50 will be kept to cover the cost of large group insurance

→ People visiting but not sleeping over on any night during the stay not subject to the 3-day minimum stay; $15/person fee applies for day of party

→ Having more people than arranged in advance and approved incurs a $250 fee

PARKING:
There is plenty of free parking: 2 spaces dedicated to guests, up to 4 spots available as needed, and plenty of street parking during the summer

The space is unique, walk in through the garage area to a living/gathering space with a pellet stove and electric fireplace. There is an open layout with a Queen size bed, couches, desk, and stackable laundry in the closet. Also on the main floor is a twin daybed with a pullout trundle in a small room adjacent to the queen bed area.

Up the stairs, you find an open concept living/tv area with a dining table and full kitchen. The bathroom and vanity area are also on the upper floor. The upper floor is heated and cooled by a mini-split system.

This property is directly off of Mirror Lake Highway, great for access to go further up to hiking trails or many of the lakes along Mirror Lakes Scenic Byway. There will be some noise from the road at busy times of the year, as it is just off of the highway.

There is a slope to get into the garage area. During winter time, we do have parking above in front of the neighboring home if needed.

Relax in a quiet and comfortable 1 bed 1 bath Casita with a Queen bed! It is connected to our home, however it has its own private entrance with no accessibility from the home to the Casita.

Only 20 Miles away from Zion National Park! Also about 12 miles away and is a 15-20 minute drive from Sand Hollow State Park.

Two comfortable chairs to lounge in with a large flat screen TV. Great air conditioning, a very comfortable bed and high-count sheets. outdoor dining area are available to reserve timeframes. to have to yourself. Plenty of pillows and towels. Pet towels are located inside the Ottoman or cabinet, working on getting outdoor furniture, ordered but never came, got scammed! trying to find other furniture will post and picture as soon as I can get it done.

You have a completely separate building to yourselves, separate entrances for privacy. Separate parking steps away from door and RV parking as well. The grill, and outdoor dining area is a shared space with the main house. Reserving specific time frames for use is required. will be ordering outdoor seating by the casita door soon, shopping now.

I require 25 for each pet under 15 pounds and 40 for each big dog over 15 pounds especially with shedding The app doesn’t allow me to add a pet but people have been bringing more than one and it is so much extra cleaning involved when there are pets, especially if they shed, because I have people that are allergic and everything has to be thoroughly cleaned even the walls and baseboards, ceiling fans, I Need that extra for extra cleaning and disinfecting.

Our Cozy Cottage II is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. The kitchen is full and complete.
Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor lights above the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock.
Lovely farming community. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
