An extended continental breakfast is provided but guests must communicate menu choices 48 hours prior to arrival. All wagons have 1 queen bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig compatible coffee maker, small refrigerator/ freezer, wet bath, electric fireplace, & heating/air conditioning.

SELF CHECK-IN is available from 4-9:00 pm. Thereafter the facilities are locked down for the evening so as not to inconvenience other guests, the neighbors or the household.

This is a pleasantly QUIET home out in the country (7 miles from downtown Moscow) surrounded by acres of forest and farmland. Situated on top of a ridge, you can look out any of the windows and see gorgeous, peaceful views. Relax out on the deck, walk our 11-acre property, go to the barn & visit the alpacas—help with farm chores if you want! Pet the alpacas, feel their luxurious fleece & see the gorgeous products we make from it—ah, it's really quite a sweet life!

The space:
**NON-SMOKING***. Renovated daylight basement suite with private entrance. 5 to 8 min to downtown, BSU and close to anything else. Private entrance through the garage. Suite is a spacious 700 square feet and separated from upstairs by a locked door. Apartment has high end furnishings, bedding, bathroom essentials and some extra's like a baked breakfast bread loaf, coffee, & tea to name a few. We keep a high standard of clean. The space is near to some highly recommended restaurants and on the hill overlooking the whitewater park district of garden city. Children's items and soaps are available.

The Area:
Roll out of the queen sized Tempur-Pedic bed, make yourself some tea or a coffee, have a slice of breakfast bread and spend your morning relaxing. If you prefer to get out and buy a cup of local coffee and a bite to eat, the suite is located 3 min (5 min bike) up the “bench” from Boise’s new whitewater park area which features bars, restaurants, art gallery, food trucks, a winery, and gritty garage coffee shop along Boise river greenbelt. Coffee is not your thing? Let us send you on a bike-able route from the B&B to visit downtown Boise’s (15 min bike, 5 to 8 min car) best breweries and cider houses. Or, check out the miles of foothill trails. Whatever you are here for you will have a great time in Boise.

Guest access
This is a basement suite (private living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry) in our home. You will enter the space through the garage via a keypad and go through the door in the back. The garage is a shared space as we use the garage for storage of our bikes and other items. Guests can also store their recreational equipment in the garage. The backyard is private as we have dogs and children who use it. Feel free to hang out in the front yard with us and visit. There are chairs on the front porch.

Children:
We are family centered and provide a portable crib, noise machine, small high chair, toddler mattress, baby toiletries, infant rock and play, books and toys upon request. We have a shower tub combo for baby's bath time. Quiet hours are between 8pm and 730am though we understand children can be hard to keep completely quiet as we have two of our own upstairs. There is a park with playground 3 min walk down the road. The neighborhood is safe family neighborhood.

Things to Note:
We have done our best to insulate between floors to reduce any noise and increase privacy but you may still hear muffled footsteps from upstairs. Normal speaking is not usually heard and very loud speech is muffled and not discernible. We do our best to stay as quiet as possible for our guests, we have hosted families with young babies and have always received excellent reviews but we prefer to paint an accurate picture of your stay so you may decide if this is configuration is suitable for you ahead of time.

The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, blender, and waffle maker. We also provide several breakfast items including tea, hot chocolate, & coffee pods, milk, eggs, pancake mix, oatmeal, and a few fruit options.

The living room features a gas fireplace, electric piano, a large pull out sectional, and a 50" smart tv to stream all your favorite shows and movies. Franklin House was the creation of Jen Bury and Gavin O'Neal, two friends who met while walking their Rhodesian Ridgebacks in the foothills of Boise. The two shared in the challenge of updating old homes and when one of Boise's oldest "ice houses" became available, they jumped at the opportunity to restore the 1896 house on the corner of 15th street and Franklin.

Their vision for the house is to provide a casual setting to build community - whether with visitors to the area or old friends looking for a place to unwind. The house features five bedrooms, two with private hot-tubs and four bathrooms. The Backyard beer garden is available for guests or the community and features hammock swings, two fire pits, and 14 rotating taps of beer, cider, and more!

The Neighborhood:
The Franklin House is located in the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood between Downtown Boise and “Hyde Park". This historic Boise neighborhood is a local favorite and a great place to experience the heart and soul of Boise. Hyde Park is .5 miles away, and boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, and a convenience store within blocks of the home. Close to Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport. With the foothills to the North, and Downtown, the River & Boise State University to the South, you will be in the center of everything! Boise Centre on the Grove, Saturday Market, the Botanical gardens, Taco Bell Arena, public transportation, and the Boise Greenbelt are also convenient to the property.

Getting Around:
This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. Walk 2-3 blocks to State Street to Albertsons, Janjou Patisserie or try amazing maple bars at DK Donuts. There is a Dutch Bros & Starbucks coffee, Rite-Aid, and multiple businesses right around the corner. Walk or bike to Downtown, (5 blocks) or drive 30 min. to Bogus Basin Ski Resort & 10 min to Boise Airport.
The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well. It is quite possible to never leave the neighborhood and have plenty to do and see! Experience one of Boise's most coveted neighborhoods and immerse yourself in the local culture. There are “Boise Green Bikes” located on 13th & Alturas (available at low cost) and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike.

The Colburn Schoolhouse is a retired 1930 brick schoolhouse located 7 miles north of Sandpoint ID. Upon arrival, you will have access to a private parking area directly in front of the studio. Parking is located up the paver driveway behind the RV style gate on the left side of the property.

We kindly ask that you close the gate after parking. ** MUST be able to park on rock.**

Other things to note
Our studio is somewhat hidden! You wouldn't expect it if you weren't looking for it. It is attached to our home and can only be found with proper instruction when given.

* DO NOT Instant book if you are a photographer. Instant booking is not available for photographers or business purposes. Please inform us if you plan to use our space for such activities. Photography, filming, and other business activities are not allowed unless previously communicated and approved. We just want to make sure our space is the right fit for you. ✨
* Shoes are not allowed in the studio, except for slippers. This helps with foot traffic and maintaining the cleanliness of the space.
* We do not allow children under the age of 12 due to the number of delicate items in the studio and the space's unsuitability for small children.
* Our guest limit is 2 total persons overnight. All guests must be on the booking reservation. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm, and no visitors are allowed after 10 pm. A max amount of 2 persons are allowed as visitors at any time, which means a 4 max person total on the property prior to 10pm. Anyone staying past 10 pm must be included in the booking under "guests." Unlisted guests staying overnight will be charged an additional fee of $25 per person. All guests and visitors must agree to and follow our Trail-way Park Subdivision Covenants.
* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of smoking may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $500.
* Parking is available on the left side of our property past the RV gate in front of the studio. Please park on the rock past the gate to avoid taking our neighbor's parking space, blocking driveways, or mailboxes. Please close the gate behind you after parking. One additional car can park on the paver driveway in front of the gate, and the maximum number of cars per booking is two.
* Kindly rinse all food off dishes and leave them on the provided rack in or near the sink so we know what was used and can clean them thoroughly.
* We may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks if they are not empty. It is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items. The host is not responsible for the consumables' quality or safety.
* Please do not move any furniture or plants. The plants are fragile and have taken a long time to grow, and moving them along with furniture can easily cause damages.
* No parties or events.
* If guests have a party and extra cleaning is required, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning or damage charges. In the unfortunate event of disturbances that alert neighbors or make us uncomfortable for safety, guests will be asked to vacate the property.
* If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal drugs, the authorities will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with the police.
* This is not a hotel, but an Airbnb, and we live on the property next door. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Havens Haven is the perfect home base for all your McCall adventures. Located just outside of town in a quiet neighborhood the property has great mountain views, forested trail and a small stream. Enjoy a bottle of wine or few micro brews on the deck or explore the great places downtown for some livelier fun. The home is great for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers and friends. The space
At the top of a spiral log staircase and thru the double doors the room has amazing eastern mountain views. The room is bright and sunny with a queen size plush top bed with luxurious sheets and down comforter just waiting for you. An open transom above the door helps to keep the room temperate in all seasons while maintaining guest privacy.

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage in the forest just outside of downtown Coeur d'Alene! Only a few miles from downtown, Lake Coeur d'Alene and Centennial Trail. Queen bed in the main bedroom and pull out sofa bed in the living room. TV with Netflix and smart TV for you to login and use. Owner is happy to share bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Great location for 1 person, a couple or a small family.

Northside School B&B is a historic school building built in 1912, does have stairs. A home cooked hot breakfast each morning, pool (seasonal), hot tub (year-round), and lovely deck with mountain, river, and valley views complete this perfect getaway destination. This room has a king bed and original chalkboard, the bathroom in this room has two sinks, a claw foot tub and a walk in shower.

Worry free work, with high speed internet. Enhanced cleaning, with each room cleaned with UV light, all touched surfaces bleached between guests.

The space
Spacious and open private cottage. Has a gradual staircase leading up to a comfortable queen bed. Relax in the reading nook with your favorite book. Downstairs is a modern queen sofa bed with throw pillows and blankets to cuddle up on. Full kitchen is stocked with necessities and more, including Nespresso machine/pods, pots/pans, cooking oil, and spice assortment. Washer and dryer in unit. Bathroom has shower and bright skylight. Private front porch and private back porch with outdoor bench seating.

The backyard and front patio are private, however it is separated by a fence from our yard. We are occasionally outside playing and our dogs are in the yard as well.

Nestled in the heart of South Sandpoint, this unique, newly built guest house has it all. You are a block away from memorial field which hosts Sandpoint’s annual music festival and within a mile walking distance of downtown! 2 beach cruisers and all the necessary beach gear— beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

The space
Please no shoes upstairs, kindly remove them before going up. And if staying in the second, smaller bedroom, please understand my office is downstairs, and you will hear occasional chatter during my working hours of 8am-5pm.

Parking is right in front the guesthouse, you will see a sign of where to park.

Enjoy the ground floor apartment of this large lakefront home. The space features a wall of windows open to the beautiful lake in the summer and winter! Catch some sun on the dock and take a boat out! Do some fishing. Have a fire by the water at night. Experience Eagles, otters, lots of fish, swans, moose and deer. Apt Includes an ample kitchen, wood stove, themed bedroom, multiple decks, dock and boat access. Romantic getaway, retreat and adventures everyday!

The space
The apartment is the daylight downstairs floor of the main house. The space has a private keyed entrance, lakefront deck, ample kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and lots of work space. This space is excellent for an anniversary or honeymoon, or a small family vacation. There is a Lakeview bedroom with king size bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Winter guests can enjoy fires in the wood stove. There is a half flight of stairs from the parking to the space. See the pictures for the additional stairs to the lake decks and dock. Guests are allowed a single parking spot for one vehicle.

Guest access
In addition to the interior spaces you have private access to the patio along the apartment, and another designated private beach deck and access to the shared central beach area and boat docks.

Other things to note
There is a single designated parking spot for one standard sized vehicle. We cannot accommodate two vehicles or a trailer. This space is below the property's host residence. This is the larger of two spaces available on the property with Airbnb this is the other: airbnb.com/h/bestlakecabin.
