However, we did not love that the website was not updated to show that the restaurant was in fact closed. I am not blaming the hotel at all; it was like that for everything in the area. Once we got to West Yellowstone, it was the same situation. We booked it because of the restaurant and bar. But it is what it is there. We were told to check into one room, but once in we noticed that there were no towels. A quick text and we were off into another room. That was definitely not a deal breaker for us, and we loved the other room, too. The view...OMG the view is breathtaking and that alone is worth the stay there. The river is gorgeous, and the sunsets were out of this world. The hot tub was not full and stunk like ammonia, but we set it anyway! Nothing was going to keep us from having the time of our lives and making great memories. We will definitely be coming back. With a couple of tweaks on our end, we will have another great weekend! "

All that was descibed beforehand and expected but just saying those additions would knock it out of the park even with a higher price. All in all a very beautiful property and clearly defined upon check in. Good value. easy drive to Yellowstone park."

- "We loved the cabin we stayed in. It was clean, extremely spacious, easy to get to, working wifi, and parking close by. Based on the reviews I read before booking I thought I would share things I found in common or helpful. The property sent the email with information about our stay very promptly. However, because we booked only a few hours before checking in our name was not on the door. After looking, I found which cabin # was ours at the bottom of our receipt email from hotel.com. I do wish they would have given info in the email on how to get the key because to me it was not intuitive to figure out. If I hadn't been traveling with another adult that figured it out I would have needed to contact the property owners. It feels slightly deceiving the way the property is listed on hotel.com. It says in the overall description "with kitchen". However as I looked at the availabile properties for our nights stay it was clear only in pictures that not all cabins have kitchens. So I would suggest looking at the pictures of the specific cabin you are considering before booking your room to make sure the amenities are to your expectations. All that said, I would absolutely book with this property again. "
