- "Excellent home in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The property is very secluded from the other houses in the area. The hot tub on the balcony was clean and hot. The house was very clean. The kitchen had extras, like spices and aluminum foil, which was helpful. Two of the twin beds were up a ladder in a loft, so be aware that only kids may be able to get to those. I didn’t dare go all the way up, but looked from the top of the ladder, and there is a tv up there too, so again, kids may love this. I only slept in the king bed that’s on the same level as the kitchen (so I cannot speak to the other beds), but it really needs to be replaced. There is a huge indentation in the mattress on the side closest to the door. Love this location because it is just outside of town and more private. Instructions to get in were easy. Communication between the cleaning crew was lacking. I went through their instructions and received an email saying it was okay for us to check out at noon instead of 10am. However, the cleaning crew showed up at 10:15. We got a call asking why people were still there. The man I talked with was polite and understood this was just a miscommunication, so it was not a big deal for us, but I felt bad the cleaning crew was around, waiting for us to leave because they weren’t informed. We were visiting family 20 minutes away. I grew up on the opposite side of the BigHorns, so we had many days enjoying this side. Yellowstone, Cody and Beartooth canyon were nearby day trips. Glendo State Park is very close by, although the weather was quite cool and stormy during my stay. Not a hardship, though, as I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy cabin, and working on music and projects. Notes: There are trains across the road, but no train horns, so I didn't find them bothersome. If you want to enjoy cooking in the nice cabin kitchen, bring food with you. A home away from home Cabin experience.
This cabin is located on a private property with 3 other houses it has a fenced in yard for kids to play and dogs to run. The deer creek is just a few minute walk from the cabin as well as a park for kids to play. We do have chickens on the property that free range so please keep dogs secured in yard and on leash when walking around.

The space
We offer a simple one room cabin with a community bath house since we do offer a second cabin on the property. Simple items are provided for your stay such as bedding, towels, coffee/tea, a gallon bottled water (we do not suggest drinking the tap water, so we suggest you bring your own.) roasting sticks, outdoor chairs, corn hole, and horseshoes. The single twin bed makes this cabin ideal for one guest. The Rustic Cabin is equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a heater/fireplace. No WIFI, as we hope you enjoy the great outdoors! Enjoy outdoor seating around fire pit, or covered patio!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our unpredictable Wyoming weather, there may be times when a fire in the fire pit will not be permitted. please understand we do not want to start a grass fire. County restrictions can limit camp fires, so please ask prior to starting a fire. Guests are welcome to bring their own fire wood, or we do offer bundles for cash sale. Just ask!

There are 6 cabins to choose from, depending on the privacy level required and how far away from the shared shower house is amenable.

The entire property is nearly 100 acres, owner's house, two other vacation rental houses, 6 dry cabins, and 8 RV sites. The area is very rural. The nearest grocery store is in Belle Fourche, SD 12 miles to the east. Horses reside on the property, not for guest use.

Guests are welcome to use the community fire pit, hot tub (located through patio doors across from the Trading Post and play area) at the owner's house (hours are posted), coin-operated laundry, shower house and restrooms, patio area adjacent to Trading Post, and are permitted to hike the property and the WY State Land to the east.

Please ask for maps if you are planning to hike as not all boundaries are obvious or fenced.

At Pinedale Cozy Cabins, an inviting living room with a couch and easy chair await you. Each cabin has a full ten-foot galley kitchen with booth-style dining. Each cabin includes two bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Cabins are arranged around a central grassy area and include a private picnic area with gas grills. We are located in a quiet neighborhood just half a block north of Pine Street/Hwy 191 and across the street from American Legion Park and Pine Creek.

My place is close to Yellowstone National Park, Cody Nite rodeo, wild mustangs,, great views, restaurants and dining, the city center, art and culture, parks. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The cabin is equipt with a mini fridge, a electric tea kettle, Coffee, Tea and Condiments. There is no WI-FI.

The space
NOW WITH A/C!! At Apple Jack Ranch we have a unique location. We are located in the country with majestic mountain views, yet we are so close to Cody.
The cabin Kim’s is completely remodeled in August of 2015. It is rustic, romantic and just all around lovely. We are roughly 50 miles from the East Entrance of Yellowstone, the cabin is equip't with a mini fridge, an electric tea kettle, Coffee, Tea and Condiments. This cabin has its OWN bathroom. You will have full access to the deck but have to share with guest on the other side of the cabin. There is great hiking possibilities on our property, you are more than welcome to take advantage of that. We have horses grazing around the property, they would love it if you would like to say hello to them. They are super friendly, but pet at own risk. We have a charcoal grill that you are welcome to use (you buy the charcoals). Now with wi-fi.

Other things to note
We have taken some new steps to live up to the new cleaning guidelines. This is something we take very serious, to keep our guests, family and community healthy. Please know that I've adopted these new protocols.

I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

We’re sad to inform you that our nice big Akita dog, Rooster, passed away on November 1st 2023. It has been a very hard time for our family as he was the best family member we could have ever wished for. We know that he will be greatly missed by our guests as well. It will take some getting used to by us all, to not have him keeping an eye out for us all.
On that note, we’re excited to announce that we welcomed a new little Akita pup to our family. He was born October 5th 2023. His name is Napoleon “Dynamite” Bonaparte. He is the runt of the litter and just the sweetest little guy. We know we can’t replace Rooster, but if Napoleon is just a little bit of what he was, he will too be a great part of our family.

We also have Ellie-girl. She’s such a little firecracker and filled with personality. She is funny and loving and a great addition to our family. Furthermore, we rescued and golden retriever mix, Rita the fall of 2022 and she’s a sweetheart. She and Ellie really likes to get themselves into some trouble. All friendly, loving dogs. So, if you’re a dog person, this is most definitely the place to be.



We also have horses and a mini donkey grazing around the property at times. They are super friendly, but approach at own risk.

This cozy duplexl is located 25 miles from the east gate to Yellowstone and 25 miles from Cody. There is one queen-size bed, and one extra rollaway bed that can be made available at guests' request. There is also a full bathroom. In the fully-equipped kitchenette, guests will find a large refrigerator, a stove top, a coffeemaker, and a microwave, along with a small dining table. This suite is equipped with a television set, wireless internet, air conditioning and heating.

You'll love the location of this peaceful cabin only a 3 min drive from the river. After enjoying the best Trout fishing the country has to offer, relax on the deck or by the fire pit and enjoy a cold drink & great Mountain View's. This cabin is only 15 minutes N. of the famous Grey Reef Dam in Alcova Wy. It includes private access to fishing. We also have 3 other 2 bdrm units and a much bigger unit for up to 8 people with a pool table, dart board, and poker table.

Kitchenette comes fully stocked. It comes with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, oven, grill outside on the deck and nice log furniture around the fire pit to enjoy the stars. We have Roku T.V. and wifi. Firewood is available onsite.
