Within 30-45 minutes you will find multiple small town communities to explore - including Harvey, Rugby, Anamoose, Drake, and Balta. Gas, bait, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, medical care and even some darling boutiques are such fun to discover. The friendliness and hospitality of small town ND can not be beat! Inside the home, I have a list of my personal favorite shops and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE;
- While I do welcome pets, they must be on leash when outside the yard. I also require that they stay off beds and furniture. Please pick up all pet waste. Additionally, I do charge an extra fee for pet stays.

- Smoking is only allowed in the driveway. Please pick up all cigarette butts.

- Hunters and fishermen are welcome guests. I provide a fish and game cleaning table and an electric knife. I do ask that all cleaning of game/fish is done outside. The HOA has an incinerator near the entrance of the development in which carcasses must be deposited.

- Firearms must be stored safely and cannot be fired in the yard or on HOA property.

- While we strive to be family-friendly, child safety is the responsibility of guests. Please look over toys, gates and other aspects of the property to ensure your child is safe. Please use extreme caution with children when near the water. We want The Nest to be a place where only great memories are made.

- Please be considerate of neighbors. This is a friendly, welcoming neighborhood. While we do not have quiet hours, please think of others during your stay. Also note the speed limit in the development is 15 MPH.

- We own and personally use the grey two-story home next door. My family and I are often present to answer questions and/or show guests around. The lake path is shared between our personal cabin and this rental home - but is not shared with any other HOA members. I typically stop in and introduce myself when guests arrive. Outside of that, I am happy to chat with guests if they initiate it, however, I am careful to respect your privacy.

WINTER: There is winter access. Access includes 7 miles of gravel, so we advise a 4 wheel drive truck in icy, snowy or muddy conditions. In winter months, we will have snow cleared from the driveway when you are scheduled to arrive - however, as we live off-site, daily snow removal on the lot will not be provided. The backyard path will not available in the winter. With the exception of the driveway, the county clears snow on all roads leading to the property.

Antelope Lake is a wonderful, little-known location in which to gather with family or friends to explore, boat, fish, hunt, hike, bike, nap or . . . no matter the season.

- "Group of guys decided to give this area a try for our annual fishing trip. By far the best place we have stayed in15+ years. Property manager was responsive to all our questions, place was ready for us on our check in day early. Well equipped with everything you need. Boat dock is good & close by. The weather wasn't the best the days we were there for fishing however we loved the Nest. We are looking forward to returning again in the future & will hope for better weather (we did have enough fish for a fry & to each take some home.)"

Fancy Log Cabin on edge of ND Badlands, come relax and enjoy the views close by, North Unit Theodore Roosevelt Park, Maah Daah Hey Trail in the Beautiful Badlands. - "Nice little place and so much space as someone already mentioned that though it is 400sq ft but still it is great for 5 of us!! It was perfect stay near the north unit of Theodore Roosevelt NP. We enjoyed our stay and it is very clean and institutions and communication was great!! Highly recommend!" - "Our family of four stayed here while visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It was a great place to stay between the northern and southern branch of the park. Our kids loved the bunk beds and loft area for sleeping. The adult bedroom was perfect and the mattress was very comfy. We had a nice deck with a grill that did not look at the other cabins, so even though we were not isolated, we felt like we had our privacy and enjoyed eating outside. Wonderful Cabin and would absolutely stay again!!"

Northern Hideaway is a locally owned hunting lodge located in prime hunting and fishing areas near the Devils Lake Basin. This newly remodeled lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and can sleep 6-8 comfortably. It is fully furnished and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

- "This cabin/trailer is all newly remodeled and very clean. All the amenities worked great with some added ones we were not even aware of, such as the toaster oven and the deep freezer in the garage for fish or hunting meat. The communication with Andrew was wonderful and when we had a blown fuse it was fixed in less then 30 minutes from the time of notification. My husband and son caught so many perch and Pike that they actually had to stop because they were sore from catching so many down at the Warsaw boat launch right off the pier with just worms and minnows as bait. Ed's tackle shop in New Rockford is very knowledgeable. We had a great stay. Thank you Andrew!!!"

An incredible year-round remodeled lake cabin with gorgeous views from almost every room! This stunning home is located on Garrison Bay (Lake Sakakawea) in the Garrison Creek Subdivision in the heart of walleye fishing and deer/pheasant hunting. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath on the main floor, including a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a shower. There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.

Come stay in your cabin on the shores of Devils Lake. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchens, grills, and all your utensils to go with it. There is a dock for your boat, and the public Six Mile boat launch is 1 mile away on the water, 3 miles driving. The property is 7 acres with 4 individual rental cabins. It is on a dead-end road on North 6 Mile Bay. It is quiet and spacious, but there are other guests on the property. There are shared docks between the 4 cabins but there is room for 4 boats. There will be more amenities added as they are built and will be updated in the pictures as they come. Some coming soon will be a fish cleaning station, laundry mat, more dock space.

Cabin 1 includes a queen size bed in the main area, two full size bunks in a separate room and two twin size mattresses in a loft. Use a kitchenette which includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee pot. Enjoy time on the porch or use the grill in the backyard. The bathroom has a shower and includes towels, washcloths and toilet paper. Head to local West Lake to enjoy fishing, boating or swimming. Or enjoy the park and pool. Grab a coffee and a pastry at Mabel’s Bakery. You can also grab a bite to eat and a drink at The White Maid Restaurant and Bar!

Unable to contact host. It is not large enough. Im 6'1 smaller of the 2 adults, so i had the small bedroom/ closet. Had to sleep at an angle and still a tight sqeeze between the walls. My buddy had larger bed in the living room. He was not happy. The wafer type mattresses were not good. No filters for coffe pot. It is a small one with the folgers pouches. There is not much room for gear. It was clean, there was ac but if you wanted door shut to the "2nd" bedroom no air. It was better than a spike tent smaller than a wall tent. The mozy inn is a better option for outdoor activities. There is a freezer you can use for your fish or game."

There's plenty of room for everyone with 10 beds in 5 bedrooms (plus a queen-sized futon). A full kitchen upstairs and a wet bar with full fridge in the basement recreation area.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. We also have three single person inflatable kayaks and one two-person inflatable kayak available for use during your stay.

Getting Around:
You'll likely need to drive to the cabin, but once you're here there are ample opportunities for snowmobiling, boating, skiing, etc. There is a ski resort a few miles away. For supplies, there's a gas station on the east side of the lake or in Bottineau about 10 minutes away by car. Lake Metigoshi State Park is just a few minutes up the road as well. To get your boat in the water, just search "Lake Metigoshe boat launch" on Google :) There is room to park at least one boat at our dock.

The Buffalo cabin is located at The Crossings Campground in Belfield, North Dakota. This is a nice centrally located spot as you will be about 15 minutes from the south entrance of the badlands and grasslands of Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the historic town of Medora. You will also be about 30 minutes from the north unit of the National Park. We hope you enjoy your stay! The address is 301 Highway 10, Belfield, ND 58622. The cabin is located at The Crossings Campground.

Antelope Lake is perfect for gathering with family and friends to boat, hunt, fish, bike, nap, swim, count the stars, or just slow down - no matter the season.

This recently constructed home will surprise you with sunny gathering areas that contain all you need to enjoy staying IN including a well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets, games, puzzles and Wi-Fi. However, where you will want to be is OUT - enjoying the beauty of the deck, the land, the lake and all that this tranquil area has to offer.

The space
This lake home is on a 1.5 acre treed lot. The lot is located on a hill above the lake. The views are lovely. The windows are big and sunny. The deck is dreamy! There is a private access path (which is shared with one other cabin) to the lake through the trees. It is a gravel path suitable for walking or ATV use (no vehicles) during summer months. (We do not move snow on this path.) The walk to the lake is .12 miles. As the home is on top of a hill, access is a bit of a climb. Alternate driving access to lake front and boat ramp is a .4 mile drive from cabin. Boat ramp is for HOA use only. (As guests you are part of that HOA.) HOA road is gravel, but boat ramp is concrete.

Hunting and fishing are the most common pursuits for my guests. However, it is also a hit for families and/or solitude seekers needing a break from city life.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house. There is shared access, with hosts who reside next door, to the backyard walking path leading to the lake. There is shared access to the HOA boat ramp with all other HOA members. There are about 12 homes in this HOA.

There is not access to a boat slip/private dock.

Other things to note
Access includes about 7 miles of gravel. During snowy or rainy times a 4 wheel drive truck is recommended. Snow will be moved from drive before you arrive, but daily snow removal may not be possible as host lives off-site. Snow is moved from gravel/county roads by county plows.

Keena’s Cabin Rentals is located in Minnewaukan, North Dakota, just minutes from the legendary Devils Lake. Our cabins are fully furnished so all you need to bring is your food and drink! Don’t worry, your pickup and boat trailer will fit in our driveways. Devils Lake is home to walleye, northern pike, white bass and jumbo perch. Anglers enjoy open water fishing as well as ice fishing! We also offer fishing guide services. Each cabin has it’s own fire pit, picnic table and grill.

Other things to note
To get to The Longhorn, please be aware you will be traveling on well maintained gravel roads. Keep in mind, if you plan to cook during your stay you may wish to stop in Dickinson, ND or Glendive, MT as these locations offer more grocery options. Although Medora is a seasonal town, there are establishments open year-round- please ask us for recommendations!

The South Lodge is located 40 miles south of Dickinson, ND and is 1 mile off Highway 22. It is a farmstead with a lots of open space and privacy.
This cabin sleeps 16. There are 6 bedrooms 3 on the main floor and 3 in the basement all with single beds in them. There are 2 bathrooms in the main floor and 2 in the basement. The 7th bedroom above the garage has 1 queen size bed, 3 single beds, a kitchenette, and bathroom. However, there is an additional fee of $150 a night to rent the loft.

The space
Enjoy the peacefulness in the sunroom or have family time in the game room. There is a pool table, shuffle board, and a cribbage board in the game area.
The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. It also has a beautiful 12 foot table that seats 14. There is a reading nook right by the fireplace in the kitchen area.
The basement has a poker table and lots of room for watching tv or gathering.
There is a patio off the sunroom with an electric fireplace to enjoy and a BBQ grill to grill out with.
