Within 30-45 minutes you will find multiple small town communities to explore - including Harvey, Rugby, Anamoose, Drake, and Balta. Gas, bait, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, medical care and even some darling boutiques are such fun to discover. The friendliness and hospitality of small town ND can not be beat! Inside the home, I have a list of my personal favorite shops and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE;
- While I do welcome pets, they must be on leash when outside the yard. I also require that they stay off beds and furniture. Please pick up all pet waste. Additionally, I do charge an extra fee for pet stays.

- Smoking is only allowed in the driveway. Please pick up all cigarette butts.

- Hunters and fishermen are welcome guests. I provide a fish and game cleaning table and an electric knife. I do ask that all cleaning of game/fish is done outside. The HOA has an incinerator near the entrance of the development in which carcasses must be deposited.

- Firearms must be stored safely and cannot be fired in the yard or on HOA property.

- While we strive to be family-friendly, child safety is the responsibility of guests. Please look over toys, gates and other aspects of the property to ensure your child is safe. Please use extreme caution with children when near the water. We want The Nest to be a place where only great memories are made.

- Please be considerate of neighbors. This is a friendly, welcoming neighborhood. While we do not have quiet hours, please think of others during your stay. Also note the speed limit in the development is 15 MPH.

- We own and personally use the grey two-story home next door. My family and I are often present to answer questions and/or show guests around. The lake path is shared between our personal cabin and this rental home - but is not shared with any other HOA members. I typically stop in and introduce myself when guests arrive. Outside of that, I am happy to chat with guests if they initiate it, however, I am careful to respect your privacy.

WINTER: There is winter access. Access includes 7 miles of gravel, so we advise a 4 wheel drive truck in icy, snowy or muddy conditions. In winter months, we will have snow cleared from the driveway when you are scheduled to arrive - however, as we live off-site, daily snow removal on the lot will not be provided. The backyard path will not available in the winter. With the exception of the driveway, the county clears snow on all roads leading to the property.

Antelope Lake is a wonderful, little-known location in which to gather with family or friends to explore, boat, fish, hunt, hike, bike, nap or . . . no matter the season.

- "Group of guys decided to give this area a try for our annual fishing trip. By far the best place we have stayed in15+ years. Property manager was responsive to all our questions, place was ready for us on our check in day early. Well equipped with everything you need. Boat dock is good & close by. The weather wasn't the best the days we were there for fishing however we loved the Nest. We are looking forward to returning again in the future & will hope for better weather (we did have enough fish for a fry & to each take some home.)"

Fancy Log Cabin on edge of ND Badlands, come relax and enjoy the views close by, North Unit Theodore Roosevelt Park, Maah Daah Hey Trail in the Beautiful Badlands. Enjoy hiking, biking, horse back riding, bird watching or site seeing. Cabin has queen bedroom, full size bunk bedroom, and loft with twin bed. Grill patio furniture on deck. Corrals available for horses for additional fee.

- "Nice little place and so much space as someone already mentioned that though it is 400sq ft but still it is great for 5 of us!! It was perfect stay near the north unit of Theodore Roosevelt NP. We enjoyed our stay and it is very clean and institutions and communication was great!! Highly recommend!" - "Our family of four stayed here while visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It was a great place to stay between the northern and southern branch of the park. Our kids loved the bunk beds and loft area for sleeping. The adult bedroom was perfect and the mattress was very comfy. We had a nice deck with a grill that did not look at the other cabins, so even though we were not isolated, we felt like we had our privacy and enjoyed eating outside. Wonderful Cabin and would absolutely stay again!!"

Northern Hideaway is a locally owned hunting lodge located in prime hunting and fishing areas near the Devils Lake Basin. This newly remodeled lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and can sleep 6-8 comfortably. It is fully furnished and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

- "This cabin/trailer is all newly remodeled and very clean. All the amenities worked great with some added ones we were not even aware of, such as the toaster oven and the deep freezer in the garage for fish or hunting meat. The communication with Andrew was wonderful and when we had a blown fuse it was fixed in less then 30 minutes from the time of notification. My husband and son caught so many perch and Pike that they actually had to stop because they were sore from catching so many down at the Warsaw boat launch right off the pier with just worms and minnows as bait. Ed's tackle shop in New Rockford is very knowledgeable. We had a great stay. Thank you Andrew!!!"

An incredible year-round remodeled lake cabin with gorgeous views from almost every room! This stunning home is located on Garrison Bay (Lake Sakakawea) in the Garrison Creek Subdivision in the heart of walleye fishing and deer/pheasant hunting. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath on the main floor, including a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a shower. There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.
