Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Guest suite convenient to downtown and the Warren Air Force Base. Available for short or long term stays. It is on the garden level of my house and I live upstairs. The suite uses a shared entrance, but we will likely rarely see each other.

The has good light for a basement space, including egress windows in both the living room and bedroom. Since it is a basement, the ceilings are low and the doorways are on the short side. I do live upstairs so you may hear me. I had the ceilings insulated to reduce the noise transfer but you may still hear walking.

It has a kitchenette equipped with basic cooking and serving utensils and supplies, including a stove/oven and refrigerator. I like to cook, so if there’s something you need, I can probably lend it to you. There’s oil, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and a few seasonings; a microwave, a blender, hot water pot and a coffee maker.

There is no bathtub but there is a walk-in shower.

The bedroom has a full bed and large closet, along with side tables and a convenient plug for phones.

The living room includes a comfortable sectional couch, of which two sections can be made into single beds, or pushed together for one bed, comfortable chairs to sit in for chatting and a table and chairs for eating. There is a desk as well with a plug nearby for a laptop. There is a tv which gets local channels and which you can use to log into your streaming services. There is WiFi available.

I recommend this space for a couple and one or two children at most, or two adults sleeping in separate rooms. It can sleep up to four adults, as long as two sleep together, but would not be comfortable for more than a few nights, as the space is small.

The provided towels, bed linens and blankets are all natural fibers—good quality all cotton sheets and cotton or wool blankets.

I collect art, so I’ve hung some nice pieces on the wall and there's some pottery scattered about on shelves and in the kitchen cabinets for use. I also love vintage items so you’ll see some of that in the quilts and other items in the suite.

While children are welcome, I do not have any equipment for them. If you are bringing an infant, please plan to bring whatever you need. The space is fairly child-proofed, with nothing breakable down low. The single beds in the living room should be fine for any child comfortable in a bed without sides. The kitchen sink is one large basin, which would be appropriate for bathing an infant as there is no bathtub.

Note that the only fee I charge is when there is more than 2 guests and that is $10 per night per person.

Adorable studio apartment blocks away from University of Wyoming and Downtown Laramie! This quaint apartment is the perfect space for touring the campus, catching a home game at War Memorial Stadium, or for a night out on the town. Situated in a home built in 1890 (the same year Laramie was incorporated as a city), this apartment has been completely renovated and is ready for up to two guests!

The space
This home has been divided into 4 separate apartments, and all long term tenants and quiet and respectful of other's space. Quiet hours begin a 10PM and end at 7AM, and we request that any activity during this time is kept as quiet as possible. As a guest you'll have a key to access the foyer, but you may also enter and exit through the side door which is your private entrance if you prefer.

The house is heated with steam heat, so please be mindful of the radiator during the winter as it can get very hot. Do not leave anything on it as it poses a fire risk! The circular valve can be closed if things get too hot, but it should only be fully open or fully closed (halfway does not mean half the heat).

Your unit is completely self contained. You will share the back yard and the laundry room in the basement with other guests.

Other things to note
One thermostat for the whole house please don't adjust it. So AC units, fans and space heaters are provided so that you can adjust the temperature in your unit to suit. The fireplace also puts out decent heat. Please don't leave lights, fans other electric appliances running while out of the unit. Potential for noise from other guests. If this is a problem please notify host immediately, who will take care of it. There is a securely locked door in the bedroom that allows access to the 2 bedroom unit when people book for larger groups.

This cozy, historic, upstairs loft is over a 100 years old! She has wonderful high ceilings, original trim and an inviting backyard. Plus, she is super close to everything exciting downtown and is across the street from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.

This updated loft is right across the street from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. It has off street parking in the back and street parking in the front. Visiting and wanting to check out the sights? This loft is 3 blocks from the historic Governor's Mansion Museum, the State Museum, and Capitol building. The loft has a renovated kitchen with new appliances, tile, backsplash, and gorgeous granite counter tops, along with comfy new carpet. There is also a cool little art studio right next door!
