- "They were kind " - "Booked for 7 nights and used as my base exploring Glacier NP. Very convenient to Two Medicine and not a bad drive to Saint Mary. Certainly NO crowds on the east side, which was my goal. Was also an easy drive to Waterton Lakes. The accommodations are dated and need work. What I had (cabin) was comfortable although somewhat out of level. They do, as advertised, have internet but it rarely worked in the evening. Soon after booking got an email with arrival instructions. It had an incorrect address and a phone number that was never answered (and voice mail was full). Took my chances and arrived in town. Found what appears to be a sister property and she called around to find out where I was supposed to be. Staff was nice and helpful. If you are looking for a clean place to crash for the night, this is it. If you’re looking for much in the way of amenities well, maybe not. "

The first three days there were construction noises coming from above unit until 8pm. on third evening I contacted the person given to me in instructions, she was helpful but the noises continued again until 8pm. The day after my call, the noises stopped. further on the negative side, there is a hole in the floor covered by carpeting in the center of the room on which I nearly sprained my ankle. The bedding can be also better. the thermostat is programmed to go down in temp at night so that when starting the night with a sheet, one scrambles for additional blanket in the middle of the night. This unit is a basement unit. Perfect for those who do not like the heat. This unit stays cool and comfortable. Yes, there are windows in the unit, so you do have sunlight. There is central heat and backup extra heating sources throughout the unit. This unit has a nice kitchen with full size refrigerator and range. Beautiful rustic cabinetry. Large L shaped sofa and large screen tv fill the living room. The bedroom is separated by beautifully handmade wooden double barn doors. Lovely second floor studio apartment with its own entrance has an open floor plan and opens to a private deck on the garden with yard access. Large handmade dining room table, comfy chairs, full fridge, and beautiful natural light. Enjoy the quiet solitude, the space is above a rarely-used garage. Downtown, with its many shops restaurants and cafes, is a short pleasant walk away. We are three blocks from the river trail.

The space
This is a large, open studio with a half wall separating the bedroom from the dining room, a partial kitchen (toaster, hot plate, microwave, sink, and full-size fridge,) and a full bath with shower and tub. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and two comfy reading chairs in the dining room, and a long dining room table with seats for four. The private deck opens into a large yard which is shared with two friendly dogs. Tons of natural light. The space is accessed via a steep staircase from the driveway. Radiant heat in the floor keeps it cozy in the winter, and there is an AC unit in the summer :)

We are dog friendly (2 dog max, NO CATS or other pets, our cleaner is allergic to cat dander) and open to long term rentals during the off-season.

Split level Duplex , the BnB space is the downstairs unit. Both units are private with Separate locks. I live upstairs and I am very respectful and communicative.

Guest have a separate entrance threw the back mud room. There’s a screen door then the house back door which has a pin pad dead bolt, I will send you a unique code the day of check in. For longer stays I will provide a key for the locking handle as well.

When you enter the house your will see my kitchen door on your right and then strait is your apartment door that opens into the stairwell. This door has another lock and its the original skeleton key lock that i have made functional.
All of downstairs, hallway, and mud room is dedicated space for you.

Your also more then welcome to use any outdoor space.
