Dumbbells go up to 75lbs which usually I don't get in most hotels or hospital gyms so again very surprised Check in and checkout was very easy. Would gladly use this again please and thank you "

- "Check in was a little over complicated, but it worked. " - "Building was extremely difficult to find, i had to pay three different ubers to be able to arrive because the GPS kept re routing. I would have appreciated more detailed instructions so I wouldn't have to walk in the middle of the rain and night and felt unsafe to find the building. People on the phone are incapable of providing detailed instructions to arrive to the place and it's hard to communicate with them. It's hard to feel comfortable and prepare in the morning because you can hear everything and I am assuming other guests can hear everything too. It says the bathroom is equipped with hand soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash. My room only had shampoo and body wash, it's very inconvenient that I can't control the temperature as I wish. My room seemed freshly evacuated when I arrived. If I knew I was going to go through so much trouble, I wouldn't have stayed here. You need a fob that's supposed to be in the room when you arrive to access all amenities and I didnt received it until next day. There's no feont desk or.an actual person who can guide you to navigate the building. I am a young person who is privileged to have access to technology on a daily basis and there was a lot of steps to be able to access your room. I can picture older folks finding this building difficult to navigate. Once you understand the dynamics of the building, it's a spacious place to stay with kitchen, washer and dryer which is very convenient."

Originally constructed in 1923 as a convent, CFPA now provides affordable office, rehearsal, and teaching space for local performance artists and other creative practitioners. Our AirBnB builds creative community by providing accessible residential space to those visiting Minneapolis on a short term basis. Below and across from the apartment, you’ll find three floors of private studio space used by creative practitioners — including bodyworkers, music teachers, dance companies, writers, and neighborhood organizations — as well as four active rehearsal studios and two performance spaces, which host numerous daily classes and rehearsals across a range of practices (from yoga to modern dance to experimental theater).

When you stay here, you’re making an investment in this community. The money that you spend on your room allows us to keep studio and rehearsal space affordable for our community, and invest in artists who present public performances and workshops in our space.

This is a perfect place for those who value privacy and convenience. There is no hassle of a lobby or figuring out where to go, just open the main door and your apartment is at the top of the stairs. Self check in is super easy giving you immediate access to drop your bags and relax from your trip.

The space
The best part of this property is its location. If you are traveling for Mayo Clinic you would be hard pressed to find a better spot. The Graham Parking Ramp is one block from your building. You can see it from your front door. This Ramp has an underground heated subway that takes you directly to Mayo. It's a short walk or a 5 minute drive, whatever works best for you! This is a 4 unit apartment complex and they are all Airbnbs. So a lot of thought has gone into your stay.

All areas in the apartment are private to you, so no sharing kitchens, bathrooms etc. Included is a full kitchen, bedroom with an attached bathroom, living area with a huge TV. Kuerig, coffee and creamer are already there. All basic kitchen essentials, towels and linens are provided as well.

● If you look through all the photos you will notice the ceiling in the shower is very low. For example if you stand at 5' 10" you would have to lean over a little. Just know this beforehand.
● The driveway fits 4 vehicles total and there are 4 units in building. Please bring only one vehicle.
● The flight of stairs is not long, but it is steep. We just want anyone who cannot climb stairs very well to be aware.
● The heat is automatic in the building. We keep it around 72 degrees so everyone is comfortable

Travel around the "Twin cities" to tour the city of Saint Paul or the city of Minneapolis, which is 12mins away.

Your unit will be comfortable and conveniently located to local restaurants, businesses, gas stations, grocery stores, and shops. Pick up or have food delivered to you or choose to stay inside to unwind with options to watch wifi streaming services or movies on the Roku television. Guests have complementary snacks and beverages ( coffee). Guests will have the option of cooking your own meals and serving them with seasonings, Pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, coffee Makers and Utensils are on site that are provided and stored in the kitchen cabinets for guests to use during their stay. Fresh towels, sheets, and bed linen are placed on all beds.

Check in is at 3pm at the Fry Street Den. Check out is at 11am.

We have security cameras displayed on the premises so that the property is being monitored at all times. We want guests to feel safe so hallways are well lit and the lights do not turn off. Please keep all secured doors closed that require you to enter in your code. Not all guests have access to certain areas of the property and we want to ensure everyone is safe. There are motion censored lighting outside so lights will turn on automatically when motion is being detected.

You will be able to gain access to your suite with smart lock technology. Simply touch the body of the keypad so that the numbers on the keypad are displayed. Once the lights are displayed, enter the code provided to you, followed by the "#" sign to gain access to the Front door entrance and to your private suite (In example, press 3333#).

Oasis by the Mayo Clinic Back Unit is in the beautiful Historic SouthWest neighborhood. Walking distance to the Clinic, St Mary's, downtown, Soldier's field, people's co-op etc.

As a side note: we do rent the front part of the house. The unit has a separate entrance, is fully self-contained, & completely independent from this unit. Sometimes you might hear the guests in the front. We are looking for very quiet guests for the back unit.
