The only issue I had was that the fancy pants electric code lock on my unit door failed several times, requiring trouble call to Sonder and waiting for maintenance help at midnight. - "Check in was a little over complicated, but it worked. " - "Building was extremely difficult to find, i had to pay three different ubers to be able to arrive because the GPS kept re routing. I would have appreciated more detailed instructions so I wouldn't have to walk in the middle of the rain and night and felt unsafe to find the building. People on the phone are incapable of providing detailed instructions to arrive to the place and it's hard to communicate with them. It's hard to feel comfortable and prepare in the morning because you can hear everything and I am assuming other guests can hear everything too. It says the bathroom is equipped with hand soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash. My room only had shampoo and body wash, it's very inconvenient that I can't control the temperature as I wish. My room seemed freshly evacuated when I arrived. If I knew I was going to go through so much trouble, I wouldn't have stayed here. You need a fob that's supposed to be in the room when you arrive to access all amenities and I didnt received it until next day. There's no feont desk or.an actual person who can guide you to navigate the building. I am a young person who is privileged to have access to technology on a daily basis and there was a lot of steps to be able to access your room. I can picture older folks finding this building difficult to navigate. Once you understand the dynamics of the building, it's a spacious place to stay with kitchen, washer and dryer which is very convenient."

• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
• Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass.

The apartment's entrance is through the back door on the alley side of the house, where guests have a dedicated off-street parking space big enough for a mid-size car, along with use of a lovely backyard with patio, table and chairs. The apartment has lots of board games, toys for the little ones, eclectic original art, and a Roku television with Netflix, Sling, and hundreds of streaming channels. High-speed wifi throughout for your streaming and internet needs, and a personalized guide to the neighborhood, with lots of restaurant recommendations and directions. Handheld remote-controlled mini-split heat, air conditioning and dehumidifier provide instant, silent comfort throughout the apartment no matter the season.

The apartment comprises the right half of the main floor of our duplex home and features a bedroom, living/dining room, small full bathroom, and kitchen. The serene bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress, memory foam topper, overhead fan, blackout curtains, and 100% cotton sheets and quilts and towels. Plenty of extra pillows, from memory foam to lightweight and soft.

The living/dining room contains a dining nook (seating for four), toys and books, an overhead fan and a small fold-down couch suitable for a child or small adult (there is also a cumbersome but comfy blow-up double air bed on legs in the closet). The kitchen is fully supplied with pots and pans, dishes, a full-sized refrigerator and gas stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, French press, toaster and utensils. (No dishwasher.) Note that the living/dining room and bedroom can be closed off for privacy, while the bathroom can be accessed from both rooms.

The apartment has two closets and plenty of drawer space. Extras such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are included. Flower gardens surround both the house and the boulevard in season.

We love and welcome children of all ages. There are lots of toys and books for them in the apartment, along with baby supplies - a portable pack 'n play crib, a small stroller, and a bouncy seat - so you don't have to lug them along. Noise (crying babies, for example) doesn't bother us.

The Uptown and Lyn-Lake neighborhoods are renowned for their wide variety of restaurants, theaters, movies, shopping (both small indie shops and national branches), grocery stores both upscale and midscale, bars, music and people-watching. The apartment's "walk score" is 98 out of 100, which classifies it as a "walker's paradise."

If you like the great outdoors, you'll be in heaven. Bike trails, walking and running paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, swimming and no fewer than ten gyms and yoga studios are all located within a few blocks. We are located three blocks in all directions from multiple bus lines, allowing quick access anywhere you wish to go in the metro area. The apartment is easily accessible via light rail and bus from the airport, plus Lyft and Uber, so if you'd like to avoid the cost of a rental car during your visit to Minneapolis, it's entirely possible.

Minneapolis is a beautiful city year-round, and we invite you to come enjoy it in all seasons. We love sharing our neighborhood with others and would be happy to help you with any questions you might have.

In addition to the apartment, please feel free to use the back yard with its patio, table and chairs, flowers, and herb and vegetable gardens. If you're arriving in winter with children, we have lots of sleds and saucers for your use, and we can give you directions to good nearby sledding hills.

Originally constructed in 1923 as a convent, CFPA now provides affordable office, rehearsal, and teaching space for local performance artists and other creative practitioners. Great spot to stay in Minneapolis; location is excellent and close to pretty much everything central if you're driving. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was nice having the mini fridges and access to a shared kitchen space. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again in the future.

Julia and Ishmael are really kind and friendly. The living room is comfortable and clean. Although sometime it is little noisy from cars in the outside, it still worths the lower price. The transport is also convenient. You can take bus (No. 10) to the downtown without transfer, and transfer No. 2 or 4 to University of Minnesota. Moreover, various restaurants near the hotel. As so far as I am concern, it is good enough for its price. Many thanks for the host.

Great location in northeast Minneapolis, close to one of the best Mexican places in town, El Taco Riendo, as well as plenty other diverse places. Just keep in mind, it’s probably not ideal for someone looking to have a private stay as the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces.

This is in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Easy street parking, and a good bang for your buck. The hosts are quick to respond and help out with any concerns or questions. Although it's a shared kitchen, it was nice to have a private fridge.

Julia and Ishmael were fantastic hosts. They're quick to communicate and solve any issues that you may experience. The microwave in the kitchen didn't work, so I shot them a line. There was a new microwave in the kitchen in less than an hour. Also, having a "bonus room" with the couch was a huge plus. Decor was on point. I'd definitely stay again :)

I loved staying here! The location can't be beat! Only a few minutes from downtown, plus great access to public transit. Julia and Ishmael were able to accommodate an earlier check in for me as well and had everything you could need prepared. I also loved the keyless entry which made it really easy to come and go without worrying.

We’re committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests and residents. Please review the following guidelines before confirming your stay:

Guest Verification & Check-In

• Mandatory Screening: All guests must complete a screening process before check-in, which includes:

• Valid photo ID

• A selfie

• Signed rental agreement

• Check-In Form: Required by building management. The form will be sent after booking confirmation and must be completed prior to arrival.

Local Guest Policy

• Guests residing within 50 miles of the property must book a minimum 2-night stay.

• Bookings that do not meet this requirement will be declined.

Pet Policy

• Pets allowed (cats/dogs only) with prior approval.

• Maximum of 2 pets per unit.

• $12 per pet, per day – must be added to the reservation before arrival.

• Undeclared pets will result in:

• $500 unauthorized pet fee per pet

• $1,000 if more than 2 pets or restricted breeds are discovered.

Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs/Mastiffs, and Bulldogs are not allowed due to building policy.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: Standard time (provided after booking)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in / Late check-out: $25 per hour (must be pre-approved and prepaid)

• Unauthorized late check-out: $50 per hour

Thermostat Use

To avoid HVAC damage:

• Do not set the thermostat below 67°F when cooling

• Do not set it above 75°F when heating

Deviating from these ranges may damage the system and cause delays in restoring heating or cooling.

No Parties / Unauthorized Guests

• Strict no-party policy

• Noise and smoke detectors are installed (do not record audio)

• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM

• Unauthorized guests: $50 per guest, per night

Violations may result in police involvement and/or a $1,000 fine.

No Smoking or Vaping

• No smoking or vaping allowed inside the unit or on the property

• $1,000 fine for violations

Cleaning & Damage Fees

• Please remove your shoes upon entering the unit to avoid additional cleaning fees

Lost or Stolen Items

• Lost/stolen key fob: $250 replacement fee

Gym & Pool Access

 Guests must use the provided pool wristbands to access amenities. Lost or unreturned bands will incur a $20 replacement fee.
