People on the phone are incapable of providing detailed instructions to arrive to the place and it's hard to communicate with them. It's hard to feel comfortable and prepare in the morning because you can hear everything and I am assuming other guests can hear everything too. It says the bathroom is equipped with hand soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash. My room only had shampoo and body wash, it's very inconvenient that I can't control the temperature as I wish. My room seemed freshly evacuated when I arrived. If I knew I was going to go through so much trouble, I wouldn't have stayed here. You need a fob that's supposed to be in the room when you arrive to access all amenities and I didnt received it until next day. There's no feont desk or.an actual person who can guide you to navigate the building. I am a young person who is privileged to have access to technology on a daily basis and there was a lot of steps to be able to access your room. I can picture older folks finding this building difficult to navigate. Once you understand the dynamics of the building, it's a spacious place to stay with kitchen, washer and dryer which is very convenient."

Single story 900 square foot house with 10x11 foot bedrooms. Original artwork by local artists. Guests may use the kitchen and all appliances, dishes, flatware in it. Just don’t run the microwave and tea kettle at the same time. Plenty of extra large towels available.
The bed features a high quality queen mattress, cotton sheets, memory foam pillows, down comforter, duvet, and handmade quilt. The room has a work space and view of the backyard garden.

Our neighborhood is surrounded by nature, Parkway is 2 blocks away and the lakes 1 mile. Restaurants and groc 10 min walking distance. Bus around the corner, and lightrail (10 min bus ride away) takes you to Mall, airport, downtown or U of MN. Parking available. My brother, George, lives with me. He has driven cab so knows the area. I follow guests lead as far as how much or how little interacting we might have, but I'm easy to get a hold of when necessary.

Private guest room is 10 x 8 feet. There is a shared full bath upstairs (that has a bidet) with hand held shower and then a 1/2 bath on main floor. There’s a shower in the unfinished basement too. Kitchen available. Guests are welcome to use upstairs balcony and yard space weather permitting.

A queen pillow top bed sleeps two in your private room on the main floor of my home. Just four blocks to Victory Memorial Parkway, which links to the Grand Rounds bike/walk paths circling Mpls. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown Mpls, and easily accessible by multiple highways. I love that my neighborhood is diverse, centrally located, and home to many historic, well-maintained homes.

My home is a cozy and welcoming place for you to rest and recharge during your time in Minneapolis! You'll have your own room on the main floor, and use of the main floor bathroom, which will be shared with other Airbnb guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, and closet.

Guest access
You're welcome to make yourself at home on the main floor--living and dining rooms, kitchen, back patio, and front porch. If the other guest room is rented, you may have another guest or two sharing these spaces as well. The washer and dryer are in the basement, if you need to use them during your stay.

Come stay in my European-style pensione filled with original art. My colorful 1908 home has beautiful original oak and maple floors and woodwork. It's centrally located, close to bus and rail transit, shops and restaurants. Thanks to the lovely city park one block away and my pollinator garden next door, it's a very green spot during our gorgeous Minneapolis spring, summer and fall.

CFPA hosts traveling artists and visitors to the neighborhood in an historic 2,600 sf apartment. The space
Originally constructed in 1923 as a convent, CFPA now provides affordable office, rehearsal, and teaching space for local performance artists and other creative practitioners. Our AirBnB builds creative community by providing accessible residential space to those visiting Minneapolis on a short term basis. Below and across from the apartment, you’ll find three floors of private studio space used by creative practitioners — including bodyworkers, music teachers, dance companies, writers, and neighborhood organizations — as well as four active rehearsal studios and two performance spaces, which host numerous daily classes and rehearsals across a range of practices (from yoga to modern dance to experimental theater).

When you stay here, you’re making an investment in this community. The money that you spend on your room allows us to keep studio and rehearsal space affordable for our community, and invest in artists who present public performances and workshops in our space.

Curious to get involved during your stay? You’re invited to participate in drop-in classes, schedule sessions with our bodyworkers, or book rehearsal space of your own to develop your practice.
