Every family member arriving at different times commented on the heavy smell of dog in the property. The property mentioned a hot tub, but there was no hot tub just say outline on the pavement. There was no laundry facilities, iron/ironing board, kitchen table. The desk chair was missing. The beds are about a foot off the ground. There was a beautiful deck, but no furniture to sit on to enjoy the outdoors"

- "My wife and I travel a lot and we have learned how to navigate the positive and negative feedback on VRBO. Some people are easily impressed and some people will find anything to nitpick about. So I hope you listen when I tell you this was definitely a five star stay for my wife and I. In fact, I rarely leave comments, but this was an exceptional experience worth mentioning to others. The home has definitely been taken care of and it feels very clean and comfortable. Even though we were still in town and near a road, when you are in the backyard it feels like you are in a much more remote setting. The beds, furniture and linens were immaculate and made the stay more enjoyable from the minute we put our things in the closets. A bonus of the home is a large swimming pool in the back yard. Swimming pools are rare in Minnesota, and I forgot home relaxing it is to even just hang out by a pool. However, the biggest reason to leave a compliment is the experience working with Jacqueline, the “concierge” of the property. We had one very basic repair need taken care of and she was on top of it. Along with a couple of other details she helped immensely. I would say she changed an above average stay into an exceptional one."

- "good" - "Overall, it was a very nice little house but it was kinda dirty. There was some hair in the bedding and shower. We had brought a boat and that was why we had rented the house so we could unhook it and leave it there while we were in town, but we were kind of nervous leaving it at the property because of the area. The driveway is very steep which in the pictures it looks pretty level."

- "The only negative I have to say is that when I originally booked the property, the map on VRBO indicated it was adjacent to Elm Creek Park. Based on the VRBO map, clearly within walking distance to the park. The location was important to us. After it was too late to make any changes, we were given the address and the house is 4 or 5 miles from the park - not walking distance. I believe that is VRBO error and not owner error. If I rent again in the area, I will not use VRBO."

- "I am not sure what the difference between booking here versus at the hotel/online/phone. The room is also all the way on the far end of the 3rd floor. No close exits, Very small entry/driveway/check in area, easy access to the lobby, and the pool and hot tub are all the way on the opposite side of the building in a seperate area. The room was beautiful and as described. It just didnt seem that its any different."

We offer a quiet, comfortable Private House for your time in the Twin Cities Area. Guests have access to the main and upper level of our home, and half basement (with laundry) , upper level has 2 full bedrooms with bathrooms and another room with a small office that has a expandable sofa.
