Not only for myself but I have witnessed this for other guests. The level of patients, professionalism, and communication was impressive. I did not have any complaints during my stay. I was able to enjoy myself in a peaceful setting. I would and will definitely choose this location in the future. Owner Suite Guests have exclusive use of the four-bedroom upper-level floor of the Property.

- "We really enjoyed our stay at the lake. The house was clean and the location was great. Walks around the lake we’re a daily adventure. We will book this house again." - "Convenient location for us, but we were surprised that the lower level of the house was also rented out. Despite the cleaning fee, we were asked to vacuum and wipe down all counter surfaces before we left. We were also asked to remove our shoes. The house had all of the equipment we needed and the family room worked out very well. Property manager was very helpful."

There was fantastic clarifying communication with what our needs would be as they usually rented this property on a more long-term basis, and the hosts scurried to make sure our needs were met upon arrival.Townhouse is located on a golf course, so sitting on the balcony watching (and listening) to golfers tee-off just added to the ambiance. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and no noisy neighbors being an end unit.Since it wasn’t set up for short term renters, the lack of usual pantry items (salt and pepper, olive oil) and additional necessities that you usually find when a unit is more frequently rented was missing but understandable in this circumstance. There’s a plaza right across the street from the townhouse complex with a convenient store, restaurants, nail salon, gym, and more. "

- "Overall, the property was nice and in a beautiful neighborhood on a lake. (The only thing about the property I didn’t care for was the back deck could use some improvement.) I was under the impression from the VRBO listing that we were renting the entire house as stated at the top of the listing so that is what I thought i was getting and paying for. I didn’t realize the property might be shared or semi private as it is, this misunderstanding was a bit disappointing and made me feel uneasy during our stay. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests might like to know it’s shared before booking and checking in especially those with young children."

- "The house was big and accommodated us very well. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was not easy to get ahold of the host if there were any questions. The movie room was amazing with the exception of not being able to make the projector and sound all work easily. We had to stream through 2 of our own different devices to make it work. The outside deck areas were full of debris and some of the furniture was ripped. The pool was amazing and very much enjoyed all. The property was dated and could use some updating. Overall it was good experience. The biggest thing for us would be easier communication! "
