This is a 3rd generation property that we grew up on. Centrally located , so we are approximately 20 minutes from Duluth, ..15 minutes to Hermantown & Cloquet areas. 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain.
The yard has plenty of room outside for bonfires, or just enjoying the outdoors along with a deck for your use. Large kitchen with a dining table.

We ask that you respect our property and care for it like you would your own.

The Old Village Hall, finished in 1929, was used as a court house, jail house, and fire house and now has become a living space. This is the lower level of the building, complete with a fireplace and laundry, one king bed, one queen bed, and one queen roll out. There is a patio with a fire pit, and enough room to park your truck and boat, four wheelers or snowmobile. In close proximity to Spirit Mountain and Mont Du Lac ski resorts, as well as Jay Cook State Park and the Munger Trail. The Oliver and Boyscout boat landings to the St. Louis River are just down the road. This river will take you into Lake Superior. If fishing is your interest, book an outing with Houston's Guide Service. We are 20 minutes from the Canal Park, Park Point areas in Duluth.

We had plans with other family in Duluth & could have spent more time at this property. Major appliances, beds, furniture like new. We loved it & would stay again. Two minor suggestions: Pls provide facial tissue. A few in our group couldn't clean their glasses. Consider providing regular coffee to brew (not just instant)."

The main floor also features one bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom that also acts as guest bathroom. There’s a walkout to an outdoor bar height table and chairs, the grill, new large fire ring and hot tub. The yard is currently being grown, with a path and stairs that lead to a dock on the lake. The second floor hosts two equal sized bedrooms with king sized beds, a shared bathroom and open space that leads out to a massive deck with a wonderful view of the lake. There’s a large outdoor sectional with a gas fire table and another bar height table with chairs. The tall overhanging roofline helps shade the afternoon sun as well as some light rain. We didn’t hang out much downstairs but there is a foosball table, a seating area with a large TV. There are large TVs on each floor. In the garage, there are a couple of kayaks, folding chairs, and cornhole. There were a few little issues, but the host was amazing to work with. Overall the place is clearly outfitted for fun on the property and lake!"
