Our cabin is located on the thoroughfare of Cranberry Lake on the Eagle River Chain ‘O Lakes which offers all the amenities of the chain in a quiet private setting. The home sits on a large 1 acre lot and includes a private pier for your boat which also has a bench for you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom which overlooks the lake and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. - "I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. The property is fairly secluded from the neighbors. They have a grills, both charcoal and gas, outdoor table and chairs, fire pit, swingset with some toys underneath, kayaks, a pier to fish off of, and a place to park your boat. They even had a wagon by the garage to carry your supplies from the car to the house. This is located right on the Eagle River chain very close to the marina downtown. The hosts are very welcoming. Bring your clothes and toothbrush, we have the rest. Provided is a full kitchen, bath towels, bed linens, and charcoal grill. Launch canoes, kayaks or swim off the flat shore. Sit at the private fire pit in the pines or meet new friends at a shared fire pit and beach by the front cabin. A private dock is provide, with an electric outlet.
We ask that you maintain our property as you would your own, if not better. We are sharing this property with you as its an amazing place on the Eagle River Chain. We also understand accidents happen, just inform us & we can determine a plan to fix and discuss any charges.

No smoking or vaping in the cabins or decks. Traveler/Guest shall safely extinguish and dispose of all cigarette butts.

No fish frying in the house. Only use appliances as they are intended to be used.

Damages: Traveler/Guest is required to report any property damages to the homeowner prior to checkout. Traveler/Guest is liable to pay for any damages caused by him or her whether they are accidental, due to negligence, and/or intentional. The homeowner may request payment of damages if they are in excess to the security deposit. If a traveler/guest refuses to pay for damages not covered by the security deposit, the homeowner may take legal action against the traveler/guest to obtain the excess cost of the damages. The traveler/guest will be required to pay all attorney fees.

Theft: Traveler/Guest should ensure he or she is not taking anything from the premises that belong to the homeowner; including but not limited to towels, cooking utensils, electronics, furniture, appliances, and other items available for traveler/guest to use. The cost of stolen items will be deducted from the security deposit and the homeowner may contact the police authorities to report theft.

Travelers/Guests agree to treat the home with care and respect. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. It would be greatly appreciated if travelers/guests took their shoes off at the entryway of the home.

Traveler/Guest agrees to clean up after himself or herself and not leave trash around the property or laying around inside the home. An indoor garbage can is located in the kitchen, waste baskets are located in all bathrooms, and one large garbage bin is located outside. 3

People other than those in the Traveler/Guest party set forth in the reservation agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the traveler/guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Travelers/Guests are NOT allowed to hunt, harass, or harm the wildlife on the property in any way. Wildlife includes but is not limited to deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds.

Travelers/Guests are Not allowed to cut, remove, or alter the vegetation growing on the property including trees, shrubs, and ferns.

Outdoor Fire pit: Travelers/Guests may only build a fire in the fire pit and no where else on the property. The fire must be attended while lit. The fire must be put out with water if the traveler/guest leaves the property or before the traveler/guest goes to sleep at night.

Fireworks are not allowed to be set off on the premises.

Parking: Travelers/Guests may park on the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the grass.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.

Indoor Fireplaces: There is an electric fireplace in the living room. Please turn off when not inside, at night and when leaving from your stay.

Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that products other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages or repair.

No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather including rain or snow. During the winter months the driveway will be plowed for snow.

- "Great location for our family and our two dogs! The neighborhood was quiet, house is right on the water and the lake worked great for swimming, tubing, and fishing. Kitchen was very nice and well stocked with a great view of the lake. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for our two teens, and gave everyone adequate room and privacy when needed. TV and internet was nice for when it rained out and the Dry Dock was perfect for a couple board games on the gloomy days. Owner was responsive and got back to me quickly with questions and concerns. For those of you bringing boats, I was able to dock our 18' aluminum Lund on the house dock for the week. I let the owner know the tie downs need some TLC but I was able to tie directly to the dock without any issue. House was dog friendly; we had room for our kennels (we have two labs) and the bags the owner provides for cleanup worked great. Water entry was dog friendly and they were able to get numerous swims everyday. With the firepit right by the lake, they'd go swimming then we'd relax with a fire and some beverages while they dried off. Lake activity was reasonable; quiet in the morning before 10am typically and after 6pm. Everyone that was tubing, boating, etc...was respectful and gave everyone room regardless of what we were doing (tubing or fishing). Public boat landing was about a mile away and was in good shape."

Bring your clothes and toothbrush, we have the rest. Provided is a full kitchen, bath towels, bed linens, and charcoal grill. You will be 17 feet to the shore. Launch canoes, kayaks or swim off the flat shore. Sit at the fire pit with the view of the lake while the kids play on the beach. A private dock is provide, with an electric outlet.
We ask that you maintain our property as you would your own, if not better. We are sharing this property with you as its an amazing place on the Eagle River Chain. We also understand accidents happen, just inform us & we can determine a plan to fix and discuss any charges.

No smoking or vaping in the cabins or decks. Traveler/Guest shall safely extinguish and dispose of all cigarette butts.

No fish frying in the house. Only use appliances as they are intended to be used.

Damages: Traveler/Guest is required to report any property damages to the homeowner prior to checkout. Traveler/Guest is liable to pay for any damages caused by him or her whether they are accidental, due to negligence, and/or intentional. The homeowner may request payment of damages if they are in excess to the security deposit. If a traveler/guest refuses to pay for damages not covered by the security deposit, the homeowner may take legal action against the traveler/guest to obtain the excess cost of the damages. The traveler/guest will be required to pay all attorney fees.

Theft: Traveler/Guest should ensure he or she is not taking anything from the premises that belong to the homeowner; including but not limited to towels, cooking utensils, electronics, furniture, appliances, and other items available for traveler/guest to use. The cost of stolen items will be deducted from the security deposit and the homeowner may contact the police authorities to report theft.

Travelers/Guests agree to treat the home with care and respect. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. It would be greatly appreciated if travelers/guests took their shoes off at the entryway of the home.

Traveler/Guest agrees to clean up after himself or herself and not leave trash around the property or laying around inside the home. An indoor garbage can is located in the kitchen, waste baskets are located in all bathrooms, and the main dumpster is behind Whispering Pines.

People other than those in the Traveler/Guest party set forth in the reservation agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the traveler/guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Travelers/Guests are NOT allowed to hunt, harass, or harm the wildlife on the property in any way. Wildlife includes but is not limited to deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds.

Travelers/Guests are Not allowed to cut, remove, or alter the vegetation growing on the property including trees, shrubs, and ferns.

Outdoor Fire pit: Travelers/Guests may only build a fire in the fire pit and no where else on the property. The fire must be attended while lit. The fire must be put out with water if the traveler/guest leaves the property or before the traveler/guest goes to sleep at night.

Fireworks are not allowed to be set off on the premises.

Parking: Travelers/Guests may park on the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the grass.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.

Indoor Fireplaces: There is an electric fireplace in the living room. Please turn off when not inside, at night and when leaving from your stay.

Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that products other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages or repair.

No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather including rain or snow. During the winter months the driveway will be plowed for snow.

This private vacation home is on Chain Lake, one of the five lakes on Sugar Camp Chain. The home has incredible lake frontage with a sandy bottom for swimming, and the other lakes are easily navigable by boat! It sleeps 6-10.

This home boasts a beautiful open design that allows for breathtaking views of the surrounding area from every window. The spacious and contemporary kitchen is fully stocked and ideal for cooking for a large group. The dining room table can easily accommodate 6-10 people, and there are also two extra stools on the island. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces (one up, one down and each with a large smart TV), a large dining room with deck access and views to the lake, a screened-in porch, and a walk-out lower level - all on an open and wooded landscape. Bring your kayaks or paddle boards to enjoy time on the lake right out the door! The lakefront also has a firepit with seating - make s'mores and listen to the loons calling while enjoying the tranquility of the Northwoods. The deck has seating and a grill, and the foosball table is located in the garage.

It is also home to the Pond Hockey Tournament and the Subaru Winter Driving Experience. This home is near boat launches on the 28 Chain of Lakes, but there are no public boat launches on Dollar Lake.

LAKE: North Nokomis Lake is a 470-acre "full rec" lake in Oneida County. It has a maximum depth of 73 feet and has a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The approach to the lake is flat, and you can easily get from the parking area to the lake and dock without stairs. The property is located at the lake's quiet end, making for minimal boat traffic and great swimming and kayaking.

Due to Oneida County regulations, this property requires a minimum 7-night booking. Shorter bookings are not permitted, and we are subject to penalties for non-compliance. Therefore: Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 7-night bookings only, check-in and check-out on Fridays. Fall/Winter/Spring: 7-night bookings with flexible check-in and check-out dates.
