- "We haven’t decided which was more amazing, the lakehouse, the location or the view! We were within minutes of delicious restaurants, beautiful hikes and shops. Uber Eats was available for a prompt meal delivery when we didn’t feel like cooking. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet and we’ve decided everyone is Wisconsin is naturally friendly! The home had the best amenities, including coffee, board and card games, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we could imagine along with the BEST blankets ever. The host was kind and attentive, even after we checked out, promptly replying to our request to know the brand of the beds (they were heavenly! First time I’ve slept better on vacation than at home!) The back patio and private dock were gorgeous and well maintained! We absolutely cannot wait to come back and stay, this will be a new annnual trip for us and we have shared this gem of a find with our traveling friends, truly a treat to stay here! 🔹In the fully stocked and updated kitchen/dining area, you'll find breakfast bar seating with 4 barstools, quartz countertops, and a large dining table that comfortably sits 8. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a feast or play a board game. Also, there's a highchair for the littles

🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can step outside onto the spacious deck overlooking the peaceful yard. On the deck is a 6 person dining set with umbrella, life size connect 4, gas grill, and conversation furniture with gas fire place. This is an incredibly peaceful spot to hang out. If you're anything like I think you'll be, you won't want to leave this spot

🔹BUT, since you need cozy sleeping arrangements, let's head back inside and to the upper level where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located. The king master bedroom has a 65" TV, attached full bathroom with luxury bath tub, walk-in shower, and walk-out second level deck. The other two bedrooms on this level offer queen beds, while one of the rooms has a desk + 50" smart TV.

🔸The lower level is where all the fun happens. You can relax on the comfy sectional while watching Netflix on the 65" TV with the gas fireplace close by. Or for the competitive spirits, we've got a 12ft ski ball machine, vintage NFL Blitz arcade game (4 players), tons of board games, dartboard, and kids toys/books.

The Neighborhood:
There's a sense of peace in this rural neighborhood. One where you forget that you're only 15-20min from downtown Madison. Our street is quiet, and has a pond just a few houses down. This pond can be used to fish, but isn't recommended for swimming. There is also a large green area to let the kids run loose, with a pavilion for gathering. Please respect this park and neighborhood as if you live here.

Getting Around:
Vehicle will be your best form of transportation, but you could bike to Costco, Target, and many restaurants. It's probably a 10 min bike ride to this area.

This is a newly built 3BR single family home. I am listing one of 3 rooms for airbnb. I live in the master and have a roomie from Mon-Thur in second bedroom. I work long hours and am usually not home. If you are looking to crash somewhere for a night or two, this may be your best choice. The room offers all basics - bed, TV, and iron. You can use coffee machine, washer drier and most part of the kitchen. Feel free to message if any questions.

Spacious, naturally lit room in 4 bed/2 bath home in West Madison, right off the main highway in a quiet neighborhood. Room has a king bed, mini fridge, smart TV, and lock & key for added security. There is free parking on the cul-de-sac and a bus stop right across the street. Guests have full use of the kitchen with all cooking utensils provided. The washer and dryer are free to use by guests as well. We are close to shopping, grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, etc.

The space
There are three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and balcony upstairs and one bedroom, living room, bathroom, and laundry room downstairs. The laundry room is shared, but the rest of the downstairs is reserved for the guest who books that space. We do rent out all of the rooms in the house and each room has a 30 night minimum stay so the space is perfect for people relocating to Madison and needing a place to stay until they find permanent housing, visiting family at the University, staying in Madison for work, etc.

The Sunflower is a popular room with a comfortable full-size bed, large desk & chair, and plenty of storage space in the closet & dresser.

The space
I affectionately call my place the Cozy Palace. People say it has some kind of cozy charm. I feel the wood floors and older furniture along with the colorful rugs, walls, decor, inside twinkly lights, and gardens on all sides make it very comfortable home and living experience.

The living room has a comfortable sectional couch, 2 comfy big chairs (one is a rocker), a piano, a smart TV, and a great view.

The dining room table works beautifully for 2-4 guests, and also expands to seat 12 people, if you want to have a larger dinner party.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking. There are a few basic ingredients, in addition to a selection of tea, as well. It has a tea pot, French coffee press and coffee grinder.

I have been here almost 25 years and put in a lot of love and care, and hope you’ll enjoy it too! It's very important to me that your time in Madison is satisfying, so please let me know how I can help you have a great stay.

Spacious sunny bedroom with a shared bathroom, in a decorated home with a large vibrant backyard.

The space
You will enjoy a colorful and spacious house with many options for relaxing indoors and out.

The house is in a clean and safe neighborhood, close to the beltline, with the convenience of a bus stop on the same block. Bikes for guests are available with a helmet and lock for your convenience.

The bedroom has a queen bed with windows facing south east, very nice morning sun. There is a small dresser with mirror, couch, coffee table, desk, chair, and book shelf.

The kitchen has an open concept, open to the dining room and living room.

The backyard is large and completely fenced in. There is a deck and patio area with plenty of seating.
Within walking distance there are parks, a golf course (3 par,mini,driving range), 18 hole golf course, grocery store, book store, library, coffee shop, shopping, and many restaurants.

I adore my home and would love to have clean respectful guests. On the property are my two males cats that are very well behaved and can be fun entertainment. Please contact with me with any questions.

I have lovingly outfit these rooms with all the things I love best when staying in an air bnb. Black out curtains, smart tv, ear plugs, private fridge, luggage racks, and full length mirror. Plenty of outlets, recently updated lock on inside of door. Breakfast is cereal bars, oatmeal, coffee as that is all I'm allowed as per the city of Madison. Please make sure you fully read the description and look at all pictures.

The space
The house consists of 2 rooms on the first floor and the shared bathroom. My room is upstairs. Off limit areas include my basement, my room and the back porch. You are free to use the kitchen or living room. Please note my home is 100 years old, so there is only one furnace, you don't have control over your temperature in your room. If this is something you require, a hotel would be better suited for you.

Guest access
The living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and front porch are all shared spaces. You do not get access to my basement, therefore no laundry, but I have suggestions in my guide. Back entrance and back yard are also off limit areas.

During your stay
I like to not bother my guests, but be available if you need anything. I might be in the kitchen to grab a snack, but you won't see much of me or my doggo unless you want to. Some like to hang with Imagene in common areas because they miss their pets. I have a home business in my basement and will be there Monday- friday.

Other things to note
There is a 43 pound 5 year old pitbull/staffie/chujuajua, cattle dog mix named Imagene Wigglebutt that lives here. She is with me all the time and will run up to greet guests. She loves to meet guests and get attention. She has Tons of energy and is working on manners, but not great at it. If you are afraid of dogs, please don’t stay with us. It will not be good for either of us.

My house is 100 years old, so please understand it is quirky. You don't have a thermostat in your room, there is one for the whole house. You can open and close vents in your room, and I provide an extra blanket and a fan. Hardwood floors can be cold in winter, bring some slippers for more comfort.
