Really appreciated the fact that the staff went above and beyond for us. My husband and I were planning a trip to the Taste of Madison when our sitter had to cancel at the last minute. We couldn't change our hotel room choice from a king-size bed to two queen beds due to the fact that we booked on hotels.com so the staff moved us to a room that had a pull-out sofa bed and even brought in a roll-away bed. I thought that was a great example of customer service! Way to go Courtyard Marriott."

Given the game time, I was not able to check in until the game was over. I made it to the hotel at 11.45pm. Unfortunately, the hotel internet was down and they were not able to check me in right away (had to wait an hour in the lobby). The person at the check in desk did the best she could with a tough situation. They were able to get the internet up an running and finally checked me in. The front desk was not able to provide me a room discount at check out; however, she suggested I reach out to the hotel manager (Dan) later on. I did so, and Dan was very gracious in handling the matter, and made no excuses for the wait. He waived the room charge for my one night stay. I was not expecting that at all. That more than met my expectations!! Thank you so much. Hilton Garden Inn will be my hotel of choice on my next stay in Madison."
