This cottage is located directly across a county road from beautiful Park Lake just outside of Pardeeville, WI. The cottage is not on the water, a quick walk down the county road brings you to the lake shore for fishing or putting in your boat or the provided kayaks. The fully furnished open floor plan sleeps four comfortably. One Bedroom has a full sized bed, and one "Den" with a pull out convertible bed that can be either twin or king sized. The den has a privacy curtain to make it a makeshift bedroom.

Two kayaks, charcoal grill and gas fire pit are available for your pleasure. You may even see an Amish buggy coming down the road. The sunsets are very memorable.

Enjoy and relax in the village of Pardeeville, the “city of lakes”, a community with numerous activities. The boat landing can be viewed from the cottage as well as shore fishing. Please note that this is a 'whole house' 1/2 of a duplex. This is a part of a rather unique duplex that offers maximum privacy with separate private decks, pellet/charcoal combo grill, separate entrances and HVAC systems.

I do require photo ID's for all adults 18 yo+ and the first names and ages of all children under 18 yo. This is used for emergency and liability reasons only. There are no exceptions to this requirement. All ID's are held securely for your protection.

The main renter must be 25 yo+. Please contact me for potential exceptions based on previous host recommendations.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people including infants and children due to rural septic limitations. Please do not ask for exceptions to this capacity. I will not be able to honor any requests for more than 8 people.

Parking on this residential driveway is limited to 3 vehicles including any boat or other trailers. all other vehicles must be parked off site. Park on the narrow residential road at your own risk. No parking is allowed on the grass or mound septic system.

please note that this is a NON-smoking property. if there are smokers in your group you will need to let them.know that they can't smoke in the home or the decks or within 20' of a door or window. All smoking materials must be disposed of on a fireproof device and cannot be thrown on the lawn, lake or any garbage container. If they are unable to comply there will be a $200 surcharge to cleanup any smoking related materials.

Pet friendly but pet owners must pick up waste immediately and dispose of it responsibly. Petsay not be left alone in the unit unless they are in a crate. I have an extra large crate for your use but you must bring you own pet bedding. No cats are allowed in the unit at any time.

This is a small cabin style home updated for comfort & homey feels! There is a walk-in area & a hallway when you enter. The hallway has 1 bedroom on each side, then a bathroom & the kitchen/dining room at the end.

The property boasts a large yard for activities, a fire pit, & horseshoe game.

The house is part of a shared driveway. When entering, the house is on the left.

Cabby's Bar & Grill is a fantastic local restaurant, located just a few doors down, easily within walking distance. They are open Wed-Sat, & have some of the best food around!

In the summer, the house is cooled by two window air conditioning units. The gas forced air furnace heats it in the winter. Please note there is no TV service in the house. Wi-Fi is available in this house. Also note the house is run on well water, there may be a slight orange/brown tint to anything that uses water frequently due to the minerals in the water.

Adeline's vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen, two separate dining areas, a BBQ patio with a hot tub and pool table. The game room was created with fun in mind; there's an antique jukebox, a piano, a pinball machine, a slot machine, a 20-foot bar, and a huge cozy wood-burning stone fireplace. A large staircase leads to the second floor where there are 6 bedrooms, each with private access to the wrap-around porch. There are 5 porch swings, 2 swinging day beds, and a fireman's pole (connecting the upstairs porch to the 20-foot hot tub). There is also a swim-up fireplace in the hot tub room.

The upstairs has its own additional great room lounge, complete with a grand stone fireplace fit for a palace and a plethora of exotic, antique taxidermy pieces: a 10-foot tall mounted Grizzly Bear, a Bison, a Walrus, Lions, and an Antelope.

You will feel like royalty as a 550-pound antique chandelier from the famous Bellagio Hotel greets you as you drive up to the house. Brian couldn't leave Vegas without it!

Want more? We installed a 40-foot steel stained glass awning to the facade of Adeline's House. We also recently added a whimsical umbrella installation in our courtyard.

There are an obscene amount of antiques here, some favorites being our restored popcorn truck and a vintage London phone booth. Last year, Adeline's received a pair of custom-built 10-foot french doors, ooh la la!

- "The house is a huge collection of fun games and times! The middle of March in Wisconsin is hit or miss on the weather and as it turned out we got 6 inches of snow. However the house has games galore and the 10 of us were never without a fun time in store for all. Warmer weather opens up the outside to a wonderful landscaped grounds with a waterway to the lake and we will likely revisit the property during summertime. Everyone connected with the property were always in close contact to assure everything was going well and we had no issues. The wood for the fireplaces is handy right outside the door. The bar area is great and eclectic like much of the rest of the house with a huge sitting / relaxing area on the 2nd floor."

Complimentary paddleboards (2) and kayaks (2) with life vests are available for your use. A fire pit with seating and complimentary firewood decorates the lawn.
Access a BBQ gas grill right outside the kitchen on the spacious deck with host supplied gas. Steve was responsive and upon entering the home, Steve provided instructions on how to check out which I find super helpful. The home had everything that my family and I needed. This location on Fox Lake is ideal for lake access and local attractions. The Shores Supper Club is an AWESOME dining experience and the Boathouse Pub & Eatery was also excellent. The fishing on Fox Lake is excellent with trophy-sized Northern, Muskie, and Large-Mouth Bass in abundance along with perch, bluegill, and crappie. There is a very nice boat launch with piers across from the cottages and there are many great areas around the lake to fish from the shore. We found the cabin as described and that it had been recently updated. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of soft towels and blankets, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The cabin was clean except for a couple of dog hair "dust bunnies" that snuck in from somewhere. (We have dogs at home so this didn't upset us.) The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and the on-demand hot water heater worked well. The water pressure was good and the well water was excellent to drink. The air conditioning and ceiling fans had no problem keeping the cabin cool on 90+ degree days. There was a nice selection of cable channels on the TV and the WFI worked well. The picnic tables and charcoal grills were in excellent condition, and the property was clean and well-kept. If you bring a boat the parking can be a little tight if the other cabins are occupied. We will stay here again!"

The finished lower level features a full bath, living area, and 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and the other the 4 twin bunk room (great for the kids-send em' downstairs!). Plenty of closets are available throughout the home.

The view from the Kitchen, living, dining and sunroom are all beautiful lake views. We include the use of our paddle boat and paddle board. If you care to bring your own boat you're welcome to use the pier as well, and the public boat launch is just a few blocks away.

You can enjoy cooking in our equipped kitchen, or keep an eye on the kids on the lake while you cook on our grill on the patio. If you have the energy, there's always the option to hang at the fire-pit next to the lake for some drinks, or maybe even s'mores?
