- "Very nice staff." - "We had to bail on a drive north because of a really bad snow storm and could barely make it past the next exit so this was our next best option over spending time in a ditch. We booked through hotels.com about 30 mins before we made it there, so I understand not necessarily knowing we were coming. When we arrived, the office was locked with a note directing us to call the person on duty. He was very prompt in coming over. It was odd however that he didn’t actually know how much to charge me, and relied on me telling him what I paid (so I guess I could have made up anything?). We then were given a room that wasn’t what we paid for (about $15 different) but my friend and I were so tired we didn’t bother saying anything. While extremely dated, with choice coverings of defects, the bed was clean and we had a decent nights sleep. It was definitely a higher price point than what we got but it was the only choice we had in the storm. "

There are beautiful pieces of the past- the hardwood floors, ornate stair rails and original doorknobs, yet, the kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated with new fixtures and appliances. It’s beautifully decorated! We kayaked on the lake and loved seeing the different homes on the waterfront. There is a cool electronic game board in the living room which was really a hit. 1. We only have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds. This home is perfect for a group of 4, but we can allow a family of (2 adults + 3 kids/babies). This home is NOT suitable for 5 adults.

2. PET POLICY: Prior approval from management is required for dogs, with a charge of $35 per day per dog. We regretfully cannot accommodate cats due to allergic family members.

3. A security deposit of $500 is mandatory. An email will be sent after your booking to collect your information. This deposit serves as a hold, with no funds being withdrawn from your account. The hold is placed one day prior to your arrival and released after your stay if no damages occur and the house rules are followed.

4. A rental agreement must be signed. An email will be sent after your booking to collect your information.

5. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

6. While our WiFi is typically fast and reliable, occasional spottiness may occur due to our countryside location.

7. Unauthorized guests, events, or exceeding the occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

8. Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.

9. Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This wonderful, cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located on a quiet dead end country road. There is a county park just down the road with a campground, playground for kids and a public boat launch. Inside you'll find everything you need in the well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Spend the days lakeside in the large back yard with lots of room to play yard games or for the kids to run around. There is a fire pit near the lake and a pier for fishing or to park your own boat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or take your boat and watch the amazing sunset from the water. Our place is a few hundred yards from The Waupun Aquatic Center(outdoor pool with slides). Also a few hundred yards from The Rock Country Club golf course and wedding venue. We are a 35 minute drive to Oshkosh and about an hour from Madison and Milwaukee. Also the Horicon Marsh is about a 10 minute drive away. You’ll love our place because of the location, private patio, and walking/biking trail access. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Little Green is located in Green Lake County, WI. This lake is 462 acres in size and is 28 feet deep at its deepest point. It is a Class A Muskie lake and anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Bass, Northern and Walleye.

Well-behaved dogs are permitted with prior approval and a pet fee of $250 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog. We have a limit of two dogs; the fee for the second dog will be requested after booking. All dogs must be declared before the stay. Discovery of more dogs on the premises than declared at booking may result in additional fees or immediate eviction. Cats are not permitted.

Clean up after your dog using the provided bags and dispose of them in the outdoor trash can at the front of the house. Use the provided dog tie out to secure your dog at all times. There are two of them, on right by the deck and the other by the fire pit. Should there be signs of dogs on beds or furniture, or if dog waste is not cleaned up outdoors, a $100 fee will be charged post-stay.

SMOKING or VAPING is ABSOLUTLY NOT PERMITTED on the PROPERTY GROUNDS! The smell or use of these products will result in additional fees or immediate eviction.
