The candles turned on/off automatically each day, what a great ambiance they offered. This cabin is the cleanest I've encountered using sites like VRBO. The style is 'comfort' while 'chic' and all the linens are of top notch hotel quality. Puffy, soft, white towels and clean crisp bedding with white bedspreads. The kitchen is stocked with all basic needs - coffee maker, tea kettle, plates/bowls, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, etc. It's a full kitchen so you can cook to prepare meals. Bathroom is surprisingly roomy! Kris uses space so efficiently. There is plenty of counter space for all bathroom items a gal uses. There was PLENTY of hot water, there were 3 humans staying at the cabin and we could all shower without running out of water (and without hurrying!). Bedrooms both had ceiling fans - thank you! We like air circulation so this was appreciated. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillow styles/choices to find the right one for you. The outdoor area has plenty of seating for enjoying the view of Lake Wisconsin. The nice touch for providing doggie doo bags was appreciated! They have plenty of games for family fun time. First time was a girlfriend getaway with 6 people and second time with my family, 13 people. The property is clean and modern, with every amenity you would need. - "We haven’t decided which was more amazing, the lakehouse, the location or the view! We were within minutes of delicious restaurants, beautiful hikes and shops. Uber Eats was available for a prompt meal delivery when we didn’t feel like cooking. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet and we’ve decided everyone is Wisconsin is naturally friendly! The home had the best amenities, including coffee, board and card games, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we could imagine along with the BEST blankets ever. The host was kind and attentive, even after we checked out, promptly replying to our request to know the brand of the beds (they were heavenly! First time I’ve slept better on vacation than at home!) The back patio and private dock were gorgeous and well maintained! We absolutely cannot wait to come back and stay, this will be a new annnual trip for us and we have shared this gem of a find with our traveling friends, truly a treat to stay here! The view of the lake is spectacular and the house is up a little on a hill, so it’s a little more private than some other places around the lake. We appreciated having a dining table outside to relax and enjoy the views, but it was awesome to be able to sit inside on the couch and enjoy the views too! Everything was very clean and comfortable. In case you miss it in the listing - make sure to bring your own toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) and seasonings (only salt and pepper are provided). The host was responsive and very understanding (I accidentally broke one glass)! I would definitely stay here again!"
