The living room, equipped with a sofa, accent chairs, and a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, is ideal for relaxation and entertainment. A large dining table for six sets the stage for delightful meals or game nights. The Cozy Cottage is located in a small, quiet neighborhood just North of US 2. We ask all guests to adhere to our quiet times and to please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.

Getting Around:
We have a two car driveway in front of the house that is uncovered and gravel. There is space for 2 cars parked one behind another, but it may be tight fitting if you have extra large vehicles.

They had automatic lights at the top of the stairs that were motion activated, so that helped too. It was warm in the upstairs bedrooms without air conditioning (we had some hot 80 degree days), but there were multiple fans available and a couple of cooling towers with ice packs in the freezer that did help. The location was great. The house was in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. We were able to drive to waterfalls and beaches all a short distance away.
