Quiet, secluded with walk out right to the dock and lake. This apartment is the lower level of our lake home. My wife and I live upstairs but it is well insulated and private. We would never interfere with your stay. Property sits on 5 acres just minutes from downtown Alex. Trails, fire ring, great fishing and close to Central Lakes Bike Trail. The floor plan consists of 1,600 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with 2 sinks. Nice oak kitchen with all appliances. Dining room and great room with views of Lake Taylor from all windows. Clean, air conditioned with washer and dryer. 39" TV with free channels. Free high-speed wi-fi.

Cozy is what you feel in our private apartment close to parks and downtown. This main level apartment is quiet and close to everything in Alexandria. We invite couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (w/ kids), and even families with furry friends (pets). The space is open concept - so there is lots of ability to spread out. Also, the large living room window and bedroom windows are a great source of natural light. All windows look out on old growth trees creating a sanctuary.
The space
Newly renovated one bedroom with queen and twin beds. In the main living area, the couch folds out and provides an additional queen-sized sleeping area. Comfortable chairs, full sized kitchen, a dining table, and television provide guests with a comfortable place to rest and relax.

This apartment is a first floor apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one unit next door and 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the bedroom window that is shared with other guests in the building. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable and modern stay.
