This is a mother in law apartment in the lower level of my house. Bright and colorful. Fun feeling of the mid 60s.

One bedroom with a comfy queen size bed, dressers and closet space.

Rumpus room has a fold down sofa with a memory foam topper for comfort. The rumpus room has an electric built in fireplace, TV with Roku Stick, Games, puzzles and cards are in the bookcase for evenings or rainy days. Darts anyone?

The kitchenette/ bar area has bar seating. It is a very usable kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, blender, coffee maker and k-cup brewer, electric kettle and a waffle maker. There is even a couple fondue pots to really get into the spirit.

The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. There room in the closet and dresser for your things. Laundry/bath area is a colorful space. There is a good size shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A blow dryer is in the cubby next to the sink. A full size washer and dryer and iron are in there. That space also has an elliptical, exercise balls, bands and a few other work out tools.

Come out and join me in the shared screen porch when it is warm out. The yard is fenced and has some nice gardens when its warm out. You are certainly welcome to come out and help me pull some weeds. Since the yard if fully fenced it is great for your doggos. We have one here. She is an older Husky named Bella. Climb up into the tree house or let the kids go down the slide.

There is a gas grill right outside the porch door. We grill year around here in Minnesota. We are a hardy type.

There is ONE space available for your parking.

This is a nice neighborhood with a park just a block away and 4 blocks from the city public pool and water park. Kent Hrbeck fields are there too for ball games. Moire park has 9 Mile creek flowing through it with walking paths, frisbe golf, and sometimes concerts in the park. It is a busy street but the neighbors walk by and talk across the fence. The back yard gives you privacy with a grill and fire pit. The city created bike lanes throughout the city including on the street in front of the house. There are plenty of restaurants close by and great grocery stores. We are only a few miles from the Mall of America. and just a little further to an outlet mall and Southdale Center. Minnesota does not charge tax on clothing purchases. The Museums and art galleries in the cities are fabulous. There are several churches and a mosque close by. Nice people of all different types live in this neighborhood.

This may be a good place to stay while a loved one is in one of our cities fine hospitals. Many have stayed while they are in town looking for a new home or are between closings. It's a little home away from home.

There are Ring doorbells at the doors and a Ring camera pointing at the garage and gate.

Very convenient location, Quiet neighborhood.10 minutes walk to lakes, restaurants and gas station. 10 minutes drive to Cub foods, banks. 15 minutes drive to Mall of America.(The largest mall in the world) 9 minutes drive to Walmart, sam's club best buy, liquor store and restaurants. 15 minutes drive to the downtown area. 20 minutes drive to airport.16 minutes drive to Mystic Lake Casino. ( the biggest Casino in MN).

The space
5 bedrooms twin home. There are 2-bedrooms in upstairs and 3 bedrooms in downstairs with separated entry. I live in one of the bedrooms upstairs and the other one with a private bath a queen bed for you. shared kitchen and living room with me. A laundry room is in downstairs. High-speed WiFi, cable TV. The host is very friendly, warm-hearted to guests. off-street park.

If I am at home, I will greet you and introduce everything to you. If I am not at home, I will put a lockbox by the front door. The code is 2238. That is the only key you need.
