- "The house is very cute and was very functional. It had more of a lived in feel than a just set up as a rental feels. There were baind-aids, books, magazines, kid’s toys, ample pillows and blankets, kid’s shampoo, shaving cream, olive oil, etc. Basically all the little things I didn’t bring were already there. There were also dark shades in all of the rooms, plus curtains in the “kid’s” room. It is part of a duplex and this unit is on the first floor. The other unit is upstairs so there is some noise from the upstairs (nothing loud, but regular there is someone above me noise). I love this part of town, the older houses are very charming. We were easily able to walk to lake Harriet. The kitchen is small but was laid out in a way that I always had plenty of counter space. We were very happy in the space."

Getting Around:
Getting around Minneapolis is fairly easy to explore. There is ample parking in the city if you decide to bring your vehicle or rent a car, and rideshare options are almost always readily available. The metro buses and light rails are another great choice as they connect with major spots like downtown and the airport. For those who prefer a more active method of transportation, pedestrians, and bicyclists will have no trouble navigating the city and can utilize the many bike lanes and walkable areas.
