- "We were very comfortable in the apartment. Please be aware, however, that it is on the third floor, and no elevator service." - "My father and I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2018 while visiting nearby family. The apartment isn’t far from the city, but be warned that there are no restaurants, etc., within walking distance so you’ll need to have a car to get around. The apartment is very spacious and has all amenities needed for a long and comfortable stay. The decor is interesting, and while not exactly my style, it is very nice. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a balcony (though no seating, which would be nice). Overall, the unit is very nice and clean. A few things to keep in mind: there is no central AC. There are window units in the living room and larger bedroom. This wasn’t much of a problem for us; we left the units running and doors open, and each slept with only a sheet. A window unit in the other bedroom would be an improvement. Also, the doorways to the bathrooms are narrow, and the bathrooms themselves are quite small. Again, not a problem for us, but be aware of this if you require accommodations. Finally, the staff was terrific. We had a difficult time checking in because management was ironing out some wrinkles in their short-term check-in process (they usually rent on a longer-term basis, apparently), but they were kind, patient when we started growing impatient, and were very helpful when we had questions."

- "This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. You guys need to invest in better internet and phone service for your company because I was hung up on at least 4 times by customer service without attempts to call me back. When your company confirms that I will have a house to stay in, it is not the customers fault if the host forgets to mark off days they do not want guests. Due to others mistakes I was stranded 2000 miles from home for four days and only received a horrible hotel stay for 2 nights that was not close to comparing to the HOUSE that my family thought we would have. The last two nights I was told VRBO could do nothing to help me besides give me a refund. It is common sense that refunds do not go back onto accounts automatically and takes multiple days. I will be telling everyone I know about how VRBO left me stranded. I will also be posting the videos I took proving that I spent over 6 hours on the phone with VRBO costumer service and travel care getting lied to and hung up on after explaining what happened to at least 12 individuals who all told me different things before they transfered me or “the call dropped”."

Guest access
Guest utilizes the whole apartment unit, respect the neighbors for my good. I live here and only rent out the space when I travel for work. No parties or unusual gatherings thank you for understanding.
