It is a second floor apartment above the garage (so there are some steps). It is furnished with every thing you need for a relaxing stay. There is a queen bed in an open concept bedroom with availability to use a foldaway bed for another person, if requested.
Access is around the garage with door to the apartment on the deck. Key is in a lock box at entrance.
You will have access to a large deck with 4 person table and a gas firepit table with glass rocks to sit around and relax.
Infrared sauna is available and shared by hosts.
Other things to note
On the main level, not directly below this apartment, is another rental unit. Each unit has its own entrance with locked access and its own deck area.
The hosts have a double doodle very friendly dog that you may see during your stay.

Comfortable 2 bed 1 bath unit available in 4-plex located off of Central Ave & Highway 10. Under 5 minutes from Northtown Mall, Laddie Lake Park, Aquatore Park, ALDI, Locke County Park, Spring Brook Nature Center, Walmart, Hy-Vee, Caribou Coffee, Spring Lake Park schools, YMCA, and Mercy Hospital Unity Campus. Coin op laundry in the building. This a pet free building so those with allergies will feel welcome.
What makes this unit unique is second bedroom has a bunk bed and desks in both the main bedroom and the second bedroom.
