- "Our family had a blast during our stay. The game room downstairs was a big hit for our kids - they loved the dartboard, the foosball table, the table shuffleboard and especially the vintage arcade games. Owner was super responsive when we were trying to figure out how to use the TV. We would definitely recommend it to others!" - "Location was great for our tournament at NSP and the neighborhood was central to any amenities that we needed or excursions we took to MOA, Minnehaha Falls, or Lake Excelsior. The house was spacious and the girls loved the basement area. There were tons of towels which was great and the washer/dryer was key. Would we stay here again? Yes! However, there were a couple of things that could be improved: the cleanliness and providing a few more staples. The bathroom had mold in the shower (the red kind that can easily be removed with bleach spray) and the kitchen was a bit dirty (floors and oven), I also found things in drawers and even found a used tampon under the downstairs bathroom sink...gross! Also, for allowing up to 8 guests to stay, there was only one roll of paper towels provided and not enough toilet paper - we had to buy our own. I've not had to do that in other vrbo's. Lastly, the kitchen could definitely use a few extra staples...mixing/salad bowls (there was one cracked plastic one), a larger pot for pasta, just more basics, more utensils since it's supposed to house 8 (there were only 6 of us), and it might be time for new pans - they were pretty scratched up and destroyed. It was also a little unsettling that the back door was broken and didn't lock and was "locked" with a branch. Other than that the beds were comfy, a/c was great, large TV was awesome, and the place served our needs - we just had to get a little creative in the kitchen. "

Upon arrival, you will find the keys in a lockbox located near the main entrance. The key works for the top deadbolt. The lockbox code will be provided. There is a key for you to use as you come and go on the dresser in your bedroom.
Your space is the ENTIRE lower level 😊 You can lock the door from the inside. The home owners may or may not be in the upper level of the house.
Please remember to return the keys to the lockbox upon check-out and leave the spare key on the dresser in the bedroom.. Failure to return the keys may result in a replacement fee.
💡Lights:
The light switch for the main room is located at the bottom of the stairs. Please be sure to turn them all the way off when you leave and also the 2 lights above the fireplace.

This apartment has views into the woods with beautiful sunsets. It is located at the end of a culdesac in a secluded neighborhood. It is a second floor apartment above the garage (so there are some steps). It is furnished with every thing you need for a relaxing stay. There is a queen bed in an open concept bedroom with availability to use a foldaway bed for another person, if requested.

Access is around the garage with door to the apartment on the deck. Key is in a lock box at entrance.
You will have access to a large deck with 4 person table and a gas firepit table with glass rocks to sit around and relax.
Infrared sauna is available and shared by hosts.

On the main level, not directly below this apartment, is another rental unit. Each unit has its own entrance with locked access and its own deck area.
