" - "My kids my husband, my mom and I came to the area for some dr appointments, chose this home because of the location to the ridgedale center, and the size. Check in was very easy! Seems like every-time I rent houses there’s always a hiccup with check in but not here. The house was very spacious which is great with kids. The beds were also super comfortable. One thing I liked was the house was solid, having a baby or kids that’s sleeping in a bedroom, it’s nice to have a house that has floors that don’t creak, doors that close quietly and noise that doesn’t carry to the bedrooms too much. Which was surprising with the high ceilings The master bath was amazing and loved that two bedrooms had comfortable king beds. Home was also located at the end of a safe quiet neighborhood. This was a really good price for the size and location of the house! I was a bit nervous when I initially booked the home there were zero reviews, so I knew it was a new listing. I shared some minor suggestions with the owner, who was a very responsive nice guy to talk with during our stay! Would stay again if ever in the area :)"

Service Dog Policy

At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law.

For the Chic Retreat with Home Office and Gym, we’re pleased to welcome up to two pets during your stay. Cats can be considered upon request. Anything more than two pets can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because the property is not fenced, we kindly ask that pets be supervised when outside to ensure their safety and comfort.

Under local ordinances, service dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time — this helps ensure their wellbeing and keeps our space in excellent condition for future guests.
