- "My daughter and I were attending the Halloween Haunt at Valleyfair, Sept.17th, so we decided to stay at your hotel that night. We used to live in California and were happy with the Travelodge Hotels there. We enjoyed our stay overall. The only problem was the shower knob was marked incorrectly,when you turned the knob toward C you got hot water and when you turned the knob toward H you got cold water. The full version was that initially I had another room booked at a different hotel (Sonesta) but because of all the events in town they overbooked. Worse even, they waited to call and tell me until the night I needed the room, two hours before I needed it during the concert I was in town for. At that point every hotel in the area either had no capacity or wanted insane money for one night. Valley Inn was the only reasonable hotel with a room open so I wasn't sure what I was going to get. Turns out, this was the place I should have picked from the start. They were super accommodating to change the room when there was an extra person. As stated, the room was very clean, it had all the amenities I would expect or need, and I had a great night of sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area."

Our shoreline is only a few feet from the home, making water access very easy. Fishing from the dock is generally productive and fun for kids.

The main floor level is an open area with kitchen, dining area and Living room creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing. Outside, you will find a large deck that wraps around the home for plenty of outdoor space. The lower level family room has large flat screen tv and wet bar offering additional space. There is a variety of playstation games including guitar hero.

This home features 4 bedrooms and a loft area to accommodate most groups sizes (8 people). Additional sleeping areas utilize a pull out sofa and a queen size inflatable for kids (10 total). Most comfortable for families sizes up to 8.

A welcome book with handy info and expectations for check out would be appreciated. Made us a bit self conscious about being noisy from time to time, would have been nice to know about before booking. "

Stay at this large 3 level mother-in-law apartment situated on Prior Lake with breathtaking lake views from your covered deck. Private entry. Prior Lake is a nice recreation and fishing Lake, 1164 acres in size. Our 100 foot beach has a sandy bottom with very few weeds. Our bay is a great location for swimming from the dock which is visible from most locations within the apartment We are located on a dead end street, which is quiet and relatively safe for kids.

Evenings can be spent relaxing outdoors in hot tub, Enjoying a lak view on dock or gathering around a cozy fire.

On top of really enjoying the house, we enjoyed venturing onto the frozen lake to make snowmen etc. There were various grocery stores nearby, so it was a quick trip to get everything we needed to put that gorgeous kitchen to work!
