The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. There were just enough bathrooms for our party of 3 adults and 3 children ages 6, 3, 1. The dispensers of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were a pleasant surprise. We did find a few things missing in terms of kitchen ware and cleaning items, (would have loved having a broom and mop on occasion), but for the most part the home is well stocked. Along with the tv in the living room, there were tvs in the 2 bigger bedrooms. We aren't very tech savvy so we weren't able use the bedroom tvs, but played youtube shows for the kids on the living room tv. The laundry pair came in handy; however, we found that the washer had a slight smell of mildew probably as a result of the door being closed when not in use or too much liquid detergent being used per wash. We like the detergent sheets provided as that is what we use at home. The backyard is fenced which we needed for our dog. The yard crew only mows so we moved the dead branches that fell off to the side of the yard. We used the new grill a couple of times. We bought utensils for it as there weren't any yet. We hope to find this home available when we return to visit family in the future."

- "We have stayed with Emily and Kit on several occasions. Each time it’s been a very pleasant experience. The house was clean and had all the necessary items to make our stay pleasant. Emily and Kit are wonderful hosts. I strongly recommend this property or any other property that they represent." - "Our experience was in line with the other reviews - excellent! The house was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Check in/out was very easy, and the hosts were lovely! The only discrepancy was the number of cars allowed to be there. The listing notes “on-site parking (driveway) for 4-6 cars + free street parking”, but there is only a max of 5 cars allowed at any time (city ordinance). This was noted in the welcome message after booking (which I overlooked - my fault!) but still directly contradicts what is in the listing. We recommend updating the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. Also to note, the hosts were very nice about letting us know, so this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Everything else was fantastic!"
