We are located across the street from our other Stay Properties. Just steps to a dip in the lake or a cocktail on the patio of a local establishment.

Once you arrive at Stay Suites and look at the building you will see a white door at the base of the steps. It will have a sign that says ENTER HERE...go in that door and up the steps Haywards Bay is 2nd door on the left. You will receive an access code before you arrive and you use that to enter and to lock the door.

Haywards is a 2 queen bed suite on the 2nd floor of the Stay Suites. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot. We do have a community closet that has other cooking items in it, in case you are needing something else.

After launching by Triggs Resort, you can pick up your guests
off the Ritz dock or the public dock on West Lake.
There is a roof top patio for our guests to enjoy.

This is not a good location for bachelor X parties. There are 12 airbnbs in this building, so you do have neighbors.
There is plenty of parking for trucks, trailers an boats in our south parking lot.

Our vacation cabin is located on the stocked fishing pond at the popular Bridges Bay Resort. Enjoy your own private cabin located on a private drive just off the water of East Lake Okoboji. Everything you need for your stay is provided by us: towels and linens, kitchen ware, gas grill, three bikes, fishing poles and tackle, and peaceful relaxation.

Up to six guests get FREE daily access to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Waterpark and outdoor pools. A short walk from the cabin will get you to the waterpark as well as Bracco, an island themed restaurant and bar with a full menu and all the exotic cocktails that one can imagine and The Waterfront Grill & Café, a year round dining option.

The cabin is clean and well maintained. All furniture is in great condition and is also well maintained. This is the perfect, affordable place for a large family or two smaller families to sneak away to. Renters are responsible for washing towels and linens prior to departure.

Perfect family vacation! Well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a loft and a fireplace. The loft has a beautiful partial lake view! We also added the use of our golf cart for a small daily fee (included in rental fees/cannot be used in winter-fee removed). Our cabin sleeps four comfortably. Master bedroom has a new king memory foam bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The cabin is fully stocked with towels and linens for four. We have a great selection of family games and movies to keep everyone entertained. A smart TV in the master bedroom and loft, and a large TV over the fireplace with Roku allow you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Away from the main, but very close to make it convenience with a short 2 mile walk, hike, drive or ride from everything in the area. I do not have lake access, but there are beaches in the area. There are two bedrooms, one has a single Queen bed, the other has one Queen Bunk and two Twin XL bunks. There is a large living and dining area that is great for groups. There is also a queen-sized pull-out couch.

Sunset Suite has a larger living room area than our other suites. It has a full kitchen and great windows that look to the south onto HWY 71. Our rooftop patio is open for our guests to use. We do not have a grass/yard area at this location. You can play games in the parking lot area or on lower level patio.

We highly recommend you bring your bikes and enjoy the Dickinson County Bike Trail. You can get on the trail right in front of our location and head north or south to start your ride around Lake Okoboji. If you are bringing young kids, scooters and wagons are also nice to have.

We have plenty of parking for boats and trailers in our south parking lot. There are 13 steps to get to this apartment.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. This is a Suite sleeping 14 people in the busy Arnolds Park Area. This is in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this is a busy area. There is a small patio area with a grill, fire pit and patio chairs. This suite features a large area to gather, play cards and relax.

We recommend bringing your bikes, wagons and even scooters for the kids. The bike trail goes right in front of our property.

You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location. Please note that this is along Hwy 71 and not the perfect area for small kids.

The parking lot is on the north side of the building. Once you park and look at the orange building, you will see a white door on the bottom level. This is your access to the Jones Beach. You do not enter the building to access your suite.

You will have an access code sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. There is a fee for early check in, contact us for more information.

We do also have a roof top patio that is for our guests only and can be accessed from entering the building.
