The cabin at Lowell is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. This cabin/house sits on a 30-acre hobby farm that provides views of a 4-acre pond, chickens grazing, hay fields, orchard, and plenty of wildlife. 12 easy miles to Mankato, 6 miles to Lake Crystal, and 15 to Madelia MN, is easily accessible off of HWY 169. The cabin is great for a family vacation, girls/guys weekend. This is a very private location is close to lakes, bike trails, rivers, Minneopa State Park, Mount Kato Ski/Mt Bike, shopping, restaurants, local breweries, and wineries. Outside fire pit(firewood provided), charcoal grill(charcoal not provided), screen porch attached right off of the dining area and attached to the deck.
The cabin has 1 bedroom and a loft. There are 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 full beds and 1 single bed. Central air conditioning, forced air furnace.

Crista was very responsive. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants. The only negatives I have are easily remedied and should not deter anyone from renting here. First, TVs in the unit only offer streaming and there are no instructions as to how to use them, for those unfamiliar. Second, there were no instructions on how to lock the door. We discovered that we had to enter the code and push the lock button twice in order to secure the unit. Simple instructions for these two concerns should make this unit a great choice for anyone."

Owners have done a lovely job updating. Check in was a bit challenging as the cleaners locked the wrong door and getting the code required a couple calls, but it gave us time to start unloading the car, no big deal. Fans were provided in every room, which was great because it did tend to stay a bit warm on the second level. It IS an old home, so this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone staying here. Checkout instructions were simple, not a ton of work for us. Loved having laundry available - including a sink to soak white softball pants! 😂 We want to book again next year when we’re in town for the same event. Cheers!"

Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds for an accommodation of 4 people and two full baths with one on the main floor and one upstairs with the bedrooms. This rustic gem has a lot of charm and character including slanted and squeaky floors and a claw foot tub in the upstairs bath. The warmth and coziness of this home will create a feeling of peacefulness that you will not want to leave. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit from spring to fall.

2. No Pets
- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There will be a $250 fee per pet per day if any pet residue is found. An additional $100 cleaning fee minimum will be applied along with the pet fee to cover extra cleaning.

3. Quiet Hours
- To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
4. Max Occupancy/Guests on Reservation
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. An additional $125 fee will be applied per guest per night if not approved with host prior to arrival, this includes any guests not listed on the reservation, even if the maximum amount of guests has not been met.

5. Parties and Events
- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior consent. There will be a $250 per occurrence. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

6. Respect Neighbors

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please respect these times to allow us time to prepare for the next guests. If you require flexibility, you are welcome to inquire for an early check-in and/or early check-out. Fees apply if not followed.

11. Parking
- Please park in the designated parking areas on the RIGHT driveway when facing the house from the street. Only two vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Any other vehicles must utilize the free off-street parking. Please refer to check-in photos to visualize where to park. Your entrance is at the back of the home, all the way up the grey deck steps. Do not drive around the house or drive and park in the back between the garage and deck.

12. Respect for Furnishings
- Please treat the furniture and house items with care. Any significant damage or stains will incur additional fees for replacement or cleaning. Furnishing damages vary and cleaning fees start at $100 per occurrence.

13. Follow Check-Out Cleaning Procedures
- Please wash the dishes, take out trash/recycling and turn off lights and any running water before you leave. Please make sure all windows are closed and locked. Additional cleaning will be a minimum fee of $100.

- To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

4. Max Occupancy/Guests on Reservation
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. An additional $125 fee will be applied per guest per night if not approved with host prior to arrival, this includes any guests not listed on the reservation, even if the maximum amount of guests has not been met.

5. Parties and Events
- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior consent. There will be a $250 per occurrence. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
