Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes and furnishings are new. Upgraded appliances, very clean and comfortable, it’s perfect if you re looking for something nicer but still affordable. The only shared space is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don t want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you ll have the whole place. See my other listing for details on the other unit in this building.

Disclosure: If driving is hard for you, this might not be your place to stay. The driveway is long and a hill, and there's no room to turn around at the top of the driveway in the parking area so you have to reverse down. It's really not that big of a deal in my opinion, but I've been doing it for 15+ years.

- "Very cute historic home with comfortable living area, large dining area, kitchen, porch, backyard, and ping-pong table downstairs. My adult kids enjoyed the ping-pong, which was a surprise. Beds were comfortable. Youngest son slept on floor as there are only 2 queens, but we had a sleeping bag with us, so not a big deal. One bathroom upstairs (tub only), and one bathroom (with shower) in basement. Plenty of parking as we were in two vehicles. Overall a very nice stay."

- "Stay was convenient. We did have problems communicating with the renter in the beginning. We had the code for main door but not the door entrance. It took me like 34 minutes to be able to get ahold of them. King size bed is memory foam. I did not like it but that’s my preference. Overall a good experience" - "We did not stay at location. The discrimination of the location was “house” not duplex. We did not realize it had several units within the home until we arrived. When we entered the “house” my husband was met by a barking pit bull and another guy. It was a very unsettling feeling so we left. The area is next to a warehouse or factory, not that there is anything wrong with that, but the area was very run down and sketchy. I initially booked a day earlier too, because it was available, and owner reached out to tell me it was a mistake and that day it was booked. I still have not received a refund for the day that was unavailable. Not many choices in the area, so just know what you’re getting into."

Ranch style house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Close to grocery stores and schools. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Downstairs has queen beds in two of the bedrooms. Upstairs has queen bed. Deck and trampoline in back yard. All the amenities and washer and dryer and a grill.

So this house is owned by someone who no longer lives in MN. A cleaning company/person was hired to clean the house but when we got there the house was clean in the sense that there wasn’t trash or belongings everywhere but the house was filthy in the sense that there were cobwebs everywhere, literally everywhere. Dust on everything. The beds didn’t have proper sheets on them and some had holes. The freezer had items that looked old and gross. I informed the property owner so she was aware of the situation."

Mid-century rambler has been newly remodeled. One king bed and two twin beds (which can be moved together for a second king bed – just let us know if this is your preference). A private coffee room for relaxing with a beverage, working at the dedicated workspace, or gathering at the game table.

Off-street parking and attached single car garage are especially convenient in colder months.

65” Roku TV with high-speed internet allows streaming of your favorite services as well as fast internet connections. Best enjoyed reclining in the vibrating massage chair or sinking into one of the comfy couches and snuggling up with a cozy throw blanket! Books, games, hot cocoa and decaf coffee are available for those times you prefer to “switch off” and relax.

We have done updates to the house and your phone map app may show an outdated photo of the house in the old brown color. House now has new blue siding with white trim.

Full laundry facilities located in clean, but unfinished basement as well as bonus 1/2 bath (toilet and hand sink). 3-season porch is a "work in progress" as the windows are not functional, but the space does provide a nice seasonal place to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the evening and a fan is provided. The half bath is an enclosed toilet in the basement lanundry area and a separate hand washing sink with mirror.
