With over 583 lineal feet of Lakeshore, 405 lineal feet of small creek and 1100 acres of Madison Lake (deepest hole at 60 feet with lots of walleye structure). Every family member can find their own special niche with three docks. You can bring your own water craft or rent locally whatever is your preference. Or just enjoy fishing from the shore!! Lots of off the street parking for all your water toys!

We just completed our two fish cleaning sheds one for Log Inn and the other for Artists & Anglers (VRBO #9264248 two parcels over -sleeps ten- has bridges to walk to each house and shares two docks- owner lives between houses, Great for all those extra family members and friends that want to join you! ) Both have running water and electricity for charging equipment (bring your own chargers), also a table for cleaning your "big" catch! In addition each unit has drying racks for life jackets, area for tackle boxes and small motors. Just bring your own padlock for security if you like.

No need to worry about firewood as we will have available near your fire pit under the tarp. We have corn hole, horseshoes, bocce, volleyball, lawn darts, ladder toss for outdoor games.

This lower level unit features fabulous views of the lake from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Recently remodeled, it features granite counter tops in the kitchen, tile floors, and plush carpet in the bedrooms. A sliding door off the dining area leads to the covered patio and the lake. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, both with a queen size beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. A full bath and a laundry room with washer and drier are also included. The living room includes a flat screen TV with DISH, Netflix and a DVD player. The kitchen features full size appliances, including a dishwasher so you can spend more time on the lake.

Grill dinner on the gas grill while sitting on the patio enjoying the lake life or spend the evening roasting marshmallows around the fire. If you don't feel like cooking, Westwood Bar and Grill is just a short walk or boat ride away. Use of the dock is included, with space to tie up your boat, fish and swim. Use of our paddle boat, kayaks, splash pad and canoe included. Lake Washington has a max depth of 45 feet, covers 1500 acres and is home to sunfish, northern pike, walleye, large mouth bass, crappies, and perch. Other wildlife often seen includes Bald Eagles, Muskrats, Foxes, Canadian Geese, Trumpeter Swans, Loons, and a wide variety of song birds.

Our location is a few miles from both Mankato and St. Peter, which offer many activities if you want time away from the lake. The Mankato Moondogs (amateur baseball team), shopping, hiking and biking trails and several colleges are all nearby. The Mall of America and the Minnesota Vikings Training Camp facility is only an hour away.

Conveniently located in the heart of Mankato hilltop, these units are newer units with a washer/dryer in each apartment. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that sleeps 4 adults comfortably. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse building with a fitness center, yoga studio, indoor hot tub and an outside heated (seasonal) pool.

- "We were in town for a family reunion and the apartment fit our needs. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. It was nice to have a full-size fridge. Crista was very responsive. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants. The only negatives I have are easily remedied and should not deter anyone from renting here. First, TVs in the unit only offer streaming and there are no instructions as to how to use them, for those unfamiliar. Second, there were no instructions on how to lock the door. We discovered that we had to enter the code and push the lock button twice in order to secure the unit. Simple instructions for these two concerns should make this unit a great choice for anyone."

Come enjoy lake living at its finest in our newly remodeled Lake Home with breathtaking views of Madison Lake from most rooms of the house!

A nice gradual walk (no steps) to the private lake shore where there is green grass area to relax, as well as a nice sandy beach with both full sun and shade trees (which can also hold the 3 hammocks we have for you to use) with a stone wood burning fire pit and chairs as well as a private dock with swim up ladder and bench to enjoy the lake where we also have a free standing lake slide in the water, 6 kayaks, a 5 person pedal boat, floaties and tubes for you to enjoy your time at the lake!

We have a huge yard to enjoy along with a wide assortment of outdoor games (XXL connect 4, Bocce ball, Corn Hole, Lawn Darts, Volleyball, Badminton, and much more!) a beautiful pond in the back also filled with beautiful wildlife! There is a road to cross over to the lakeshore area as you can see in our photos, but rest assured, it is an all way stop T in the road. Madison Lake is a lake that is defiantly perfect for all fishing for Walleye, Bass, Sunfish, Northern, Crappies and recreation of all types (great bays for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and all other water sports) on the lake in the summer and ice fishing in the winter, or simply enjoy the views from the wrap around deck, gather around a campfire (there is a second fire pit in the back yard of the house as well!) and make a few s'mores, play bean bags or other yard games in the huge yard, take out the kayaks, swim in the lake and fish off the dock!

The View is large enough to bring your extended family and more.
Our home sleeps 12 (a playpen and highchair are also available for little ones) and can even add a few more if needed, just need to ask first! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time together with ample space for alone time as well. If weather isn't perfect, enjoy the awesome open game room downstairs with board games, Wii, huge screen tv complete with surround system, dart board and awesome air hockey! Located less than a block to North shore park, plus 3 other fun parks, just blocks from the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail which offers 39 miles of paved trail if you prefer to bike, hike or snowmobile in the winter!

Rustic cozy peaceful escape in a safe and quiet neighborhood within 2 blocks from Mayo Hospital and Bethany College with a children's park, hockey rink and tennis courts just across the street. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds for an accommodation of 4 people and two full baths with one on the main floor and one upstairs with the bedrooms. This rustic gem has a lot of charm and character including slanted and squeaky floors and a claw foot tub in the upstairs bath. The warmth and coziness of this home will create a feeling of peacefulness that you will not want to leave. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit from spring to fall.

Only 1 hour from the Twin Cities and 20 minutes from Mankato, our year-round home is the perfect lakefront getaway! Enjoy our kayak and paddle board or put your own boat in to explore all that Lake Jefferson has to offer! In the summer, enjoy the lake views from the patio furniture on our newly renovated deck. There's a table to enjoy a meal, sun loungers to soak in the rays, or a comfortable sectional to relax in the shade. There is a fire pit by the Lake to enjoy on calm nights. For Boaters - We're located on Middle Jefferson. The public launch is located on East Jefferson (5 miles from our home), and there is a channel between East Jefferson and Middle Jefferson that can be accessed via boat. We can provide more in-depth directions and a map if requested. Although West Jefferson Lake is not accessible via boat from Middle Jefferson, the public launch is located less than 1 mile from our home. The Jefferson chain of lake is very popular for recreational activities such as ice fishing (winter), swimming, fishing, tubing, water skiing, jet skiing, etc. Please note that our watercraft is not included with your stay, and please bring your own life jackets if needed.

Street parking is limited on the immediate access road, so please park vehicles in the driveway only as there is not any access to the attached garage. You will have access to the whole home and private rear patio area.

- "We were in town for a wedding reception for our niece. It was me, my spouse, three adult sons and dtr-in-law. It was very, clean, modern and spacious. We loved that the living area was downstairs and bedrooms all upstairs. It had all the amenities we needed as we did cook a few meals there. The neighborhood had a park nearby and good walking area. Felt safe and not too far from stores/shops. We would definitely recommend. " - "Nice" - "We stayed for a week in June- moving our son out and going to some Moon Dog games.
