Private entrance leads to the lower level of our home. View is of corn fields and pond and has a stone patio. Very peaceful setting. Apartment is spacious with well stocked kitchenette, dining room, living room with 55" big screen TV, sleeper sofa. full size sofa with love seat. Full bath and two roomy bedrooms both with queen size beds and one with a TV. Plenty of room for a group of six.

Winsted is the home of Winstock Country Music Festival and has much more to offer. The Luce Line Trail is located in the heart of Winsted which is a tarred walking/biking path that goes as far west as Hutchinson and as far east as Plymouth located just a few miles from downtown Minneapolis.

Lake Jennie is a 1,064 acre lake in Meeker County. It has 5.9 miles of shoreline and when fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Black Bullhead, Bluegill, Brown Bullhead, Green Sunfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Crappie, Yellow Perch and Pumpkinseed.

A spacious three bedroom home great for couples, families, or groups. The main level has two bedrooms, one queen and one with two XL twin beds. The main level has one bathroom with shower and tub. The main level also has a dining room and large living room with television.

Upstairs, use the new bathroom with stool and sink. Enjoy the cottage style bedroom with two queen beds.

The lower level has a newly remodeled living room with a trundle bed (two twins) for additional sleeping. It has a new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Overall, the entire home sleeps 10. There is even a pack n’play and audio monitor for the little one.

Hide away in our lounge room dubbed Bolduc's Corner (book to find out the history!) for a quiet evening or before walking downtown for a night out. Hang out in the lower living space and play foosball while the game is on.

The lower level has an optional wedding suite, complete with the space you need to prepare for the big day. It is designed with prep in mind with two salon chairs, mirrors, lots of light, and plenty of counter space. **See below for how to gain access to this unique space.

If you’re into history, you’ll appreciate the original mill work, cabinetry, and large basin kitchen sink from 1928. As you move from room to room under the original archways of the home, you’ll notice a few nods to history with pictures, old items found in the home, squeaky wood floors, and a few stubborn doors. Create a dinner in the updated kitchen and enjoy it in the formal dining room. Experience the charm of it all!

The home offers plenty of windows to let the sunshine in. Or close the window dressings for a private experience and to sleep in.

The property is located one block off of Main Street in downtown. It is walkable to bars, restaurants, shops, parks, a tennis court, ice rink (winter only!), and library. The river is nearby with walking or biking trails leading to other parts of the city.

A few things to note:
**The Wedding Suite is available to guests for a one-time fee of $125.00 per stay. The door is locked with a keycode which will be provided to you prior to your stay. After you complete your booking, use the VRBO messaging feature to request access. The one-time fee will be applied to your payment and you will be granted access.

There is an extra room for gathering plus a deck and walkout area to sit and relax. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Featuring 5 bedrooms with all twin beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms, large, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is a large gathering area in both the walkout level and off of the kitchen area. The area off of the kitchen can also be used for crafting. Groups may also gather here for projects or just to hang out and watch a movie. There is Wifi available and plenty of parking.

- "It was the perfect place for our family to stay. Plenty of space to move around and the kids enjoyed playing in the big yard. I would like to point out a couple things, the refrigerator leaked water, we had someone slip and fall, the freezer did not get very cold (our popsicles never froze). The shower mats are slippery, we had a couple wipeouts. The front porch lights did not work. We all had a great time! If we are ever in the need in the future, we will look you up Thank you"

This quaint country home has much charm! With 4 bedrooms, this home sleeps up to 10 guests. The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully furnished with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is a back patio area and a large gathering room right off of the kitchen for groups to do a project or just to hang out. This home is away from the hustle and bustle of life and is very quiet and serene so you can just take in all of the nature around you, but yet only a few minutes from getting what you need in town.
