He let us know right away about the lock situation, and that someone from the desk would have to let us in every time. To us, that is not a big deal. The room is a nice size, the bathroom has space, good water pressure, and I'm not a small guy, so the shower curtain being bowed out was a huge bonus. The king bed in our room was very comfortable. Being always on the Go in Miami, Florida, being able to sleep and catch up on sleep was just another added Bonus. The next morning, Iman offered to change our room to a room with a working lock, but, to me, this room was perfect. If they didn't mind letting us in, I didn't mind staying. I had the pleasure of dealing with Charles, the Manager, Iman, and Kim during our stay. When we needed into our room, it was done with a quick conversation, and a smile. - "I am a 5'1" elderly lady. I had real hard time getting into bed because they are soooo far off the floor. I have bad knees and couldn't kneel to get up on bed. They need to consider that or at least have a stool for someone with this type handicap. Also the tub felt very slippery like it had shower gel on it after someone had showered.
