- "Had a great time visiting the area for a family reunion. This property is located in a quiet, older neighborhood that's a short walk to the river and the quaint downtown shops. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant week. The two full bathrooms were a nice bonus! The owner Doug contacted us prior to our visit to make sure we had all the info about the house and to provide various ways to reach him in case we had any questions or issues during our stay. Although charming and quaint it may not appeal to all. Please consider other stays if you feel that you struggle with balance and or vision issues and access would be a problem. Even though you are 20 minutes from a mall and 35 from the airport this feels like the WILDERNESS.

3. (NOT AVAILABLE) Private Pontoon: When pontoon is available, a $600 deposit is required to reserve the pontoon. Once a deposit is made, it is reserved for you for the number of days you wish to use it for. Pontoon fee of $200 per day is taken from deposit, if 3 days or more are requested, a larger deposit is required to cover days of use. 3 days use=$800 deposit, 4 days use= $1000 deposit, etc. If pontoon is reserved for 1 day use, $400 will be returned from deposit so long as no new damages are found, and fuel tank is returned full.

4. Waterfront Fenced in Yard: Our spacious waterfront yard provides plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. Lounge in our Adirondack chairs, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, or grill up some delicious BBQ on our charcoal grill.

- "We were hoping to find a home to rent but nothing was available so we ended up at the Coratel, the room smelled funny, there was a disty washclothstill hanging in the bathroom. Some of the "clean" towels looked gross. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable either."

Please note that lower unit does not have AC. In order to keep this unit cool, open the windows in the morning and close them before noon. The house is well shaded, so this is often enough to keep the unit cool.

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.

Pet Policy:

- No Cats Allowed: Please note that we do not cater cats in the property.

- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300.

- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights.

- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
