Hello, there are four bedrooms with a half bath upstairs, full bath on first floor adjacent to master and bath in the basement. The home was recently painted and has new carpet installed upstairs.
A few details about the home, it is perfect for shopping downtown and is only three blocks to the lake. Two stall garage with plenty of parking for your snowmobiles or boat. Great for family gatherings, large deck and located right on mainstreet of Clear Lake. No need to stay in a hotel with four beds and plenty of space for entertaining. There are many activities for adults and children to share within walking distance of this great family home! Available for nightly or weekly/monthly rentals.

- "We enjoyed another fun few days at your house. Our grandchildren love the upstairs playroom, and the change to twin beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms worked well for our family. All the bedrooms are nice sizes, and we could easily put a blowup mattress in a couple bedrooms if grandchildren wanted to sleep close to their parents. It is fun to be close enough to downtown that even the younger grandchildren can ride their bikes to the downtown attractions. We purchased this hidden gem a few years ago with multi-family getaways in mind. Situated across from the lake with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gathering spaces on each level, a patio in back and deck out front, large families and/or groups of friends can comfortably stay here. We have hosted many family reunions, including our own, since opening up this home to lake vacationers. So many memories have been made through the years. What happens at the lake, stays at the lake is our motto!
The kitchen is fully stocked for creating meals together. All linens, paper products, soaps and shampoo, hair dryers and fans are provided. Truly, all you have to do is pack a bag! Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, as well as 2 smart TVs for all your streaming needs.
Each day you can walk to the popular State Park beach, take the kids to the nearby park, or check out all Clear Lake has to offer. Relax in the evening watching beautiful sunsets over the lake. The lower level is a wonderful hangout spot. It features a foosball table, game playing table, tv area, 2nd kitchen with built in bar and walk out patio with grill, fire pit,(wood provided) and flower garden. We have yard and board games, kid's bikes, stroller, wagon, large rolling cooler, beach toys and towels, so there's no need to pack all that! The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom with tub and shower if there is anyone in your group unable to manage a lot of stairs.
The driveway has ample space for a truck and boat trailer, and a boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road for quick and easy access.
