Cozy 3 bed home with a large wrap around deck. Comfortable seating throughout the deck surrounded by ferns. Kitchen with stove and stool seating dining area. The master bedroom has a Full XL bed. The 2nd bedroom is a pass through between the living room and kitchen and includes a double mattress and a single pull out. The 3rd bedroom is a single, but has a pull out trundle bed for an additional person. The living room couch is also very comfortable and able to sleep one. Please be aware this is a smaller cottage as it is only 750 sq ft. Full Bathroom with shower. AC Units in most rooms. 2 compact parking spaces, with guest parking only 3 houses down. WiFi and Smart TV available. The pictures of the lake are 2 blocks from the house. We are dog friendly and have golden retrievers of our own!

Priced right for a family size budget! You also get six free waterpark passes and use of all the resorts' amenities with each rental!

Arnold, as we call him, is a perfect location if you want to be in the center of all the action. We love Arnold because you can park your car and walk. This includes historical Arnolds Amusement Park (.8 miles); Preservation Plaza for live music and Wednesday night family movies (.6 miles), numerous restaurants (.3-.6 miles), beach, (.3-.6 miles) and lake access to both West and East Okoboji (.5 miles). Arnold is located right off of Hwy 71 and is a block from West Lake Okoboji. Our location is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. The extensive Dickinson County Trail System is literally steps from our front door. If you bring your bike(s), we can provide you access to the locked garage.
Arnold was built in 1940 by Harry Tennet, the owner of the historic Harry's taxidermy and oddity shop, which is now Jensen Real Estate (next door). Please note that with all the historic charm of 1940, also comes the compact living size, block basement and an occasional spiderweb.
Please note that we do not approve of taping or hanging anything from a wall, doorway or window. Previous renters have done this and paint has been damaged. So, we are cautious of approving bachelorette parties and birthday parties. If you plan to hang decorations, you should look for a different rental property for your party.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but it was clean and looked newly remodeled. The boat ramp was close by so that was a plus. The street is really busy, but there is a nice seating area in the back. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this listing!!"

Bridges Bay Resort built 27 boat cottages and they are adorable! They come with a full kitchen, dining room table, living room with DISH tv and a patio with a patio table and six chairs. Enjoy watching the kids play in the spacious yard out front while you relax in front of the cottage in the shade!

The Stay Cottage is the perfect 1 room cottage that lands you in Arnolds Park. The perfect location to the night life, beach and events. No Local Taxis will be needed once you rent this cute little cottage in Boji. You have 2 queen beds, a small kitchen, a fire pit and a grill. Feel free to move the fire pit out into the yard or driveway.

Please be sure to check out our shower, there has been mention that it is not big enough but with this being a true Arnolds Park original cottage, we dont have the space to enlarge it.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.

Our three generation weekend was everything we had hoped it would be. We really enjoyed the well-stocked coffee bar. We used both grills and were happy to use the secluded and well-lit fire pit in the back. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The yard is gorgeous and it was fun to watch the birds and the wild turkeys. With multiple bedrooms this property is ideal for a large family getaway such as we did."

Again, no dish cloths to clean used kitchen dishes. Need washer and dryer - spent over $100 for laundry service. Need professional service to accommodate basic family needs - towels, kitchen cleaning cloths. Poorly managed. There was little information about the basics not being available. What hotel, vrbo location does not provide towells? No reviews were available, so not prepared for accommodations that required walking thru bedrooms to get to a bedroom, and our bathroom looked like it was from a northern Canada cabin, rough, carpet??, labelled faucets, and walls made fom paneling from a junkyard. Living room was pleasant. Loved the cement porch overlooking the lake. Has teal potential, but has some basic,significant needs."
