Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans.
The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.

The parking lot is on the north side of the building. Once you park the door is to the east side. There is a sign on the door. Enter and go up the stairs. Each unit has a name of West Lake on its door.

You will have an access code sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. There is a fee for early check in, contact us for more information.

We do also have a roof top patio (shared) that is for our guests only and can be accessed from floor 2. There is no longer a lake view.

This Suite is on the road side of the building and offers great afternoon sun. The king size bed and master bathroom are a rare find with this location.
Bring your bikes or walk to the Amusement Park and Beach.

We do have several taxi's available in the area. You will find those numbers at the entrance of the suites.

We do suggestion scooters, bikes and wagons for the kids. You are right on the Dickinson County Bike Trail so you can take that around the lake. Its nice to head out for a walk from Stay Suites.

We are located across the street from our other Stay Properties. Just steps to a dip in the lake or a cocktail on the patio of a local establishment.

Once you arrive at Stay Suites and look at the building you will see a white door at the base of the steps. It will have a sign that says ENTER HERE...go in that door and up the steps Haywards Bay is 2nd door on the left. You will receive an access code before you arrive and you use that to enter and to lock the door.

Haywards is a 2 queen bed suite on the 2nd floor of the Stay Suites. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot. We do have a community closet that has other cooking items in it, in case you are needing something else.

off the Ritz dock or the public dock on West Lake.

The Stay Suites location was able to accommodate my very large family of 11 siblings and all our spouses for the weekend by allowing us to rent all 3 main floor units. All three units were sparkling clean and ready for us when we got there! The spaces were large and accommodating for family meals and cheering on our favorite sports teams in the family room areas. All three units were so smartly renovated with aesthetically pleasing colors and decor, that made it so comfortable to just hang out and visit.
