- "Great location, super close to everything!! Was perfect for a place to stay!! Had plenty of amenities and beds were super comfy!" - "Our stay at The Lookout was incredible (minus a few things). First off, this house is located within walking distance of Bridges Bay Resort and Bracco which was nice as this is where we got in and out of the water each night. Second, there was enough room for 8 of us to sleep comfortably between the bedrooms, the pullout couch and air mattress. In addition, the property manager is great at communicating with you should you have an issue. The first night we got there we noticed there was no grill which was listed under the amenities. One quick phone call to Bridget and we had a brand new grill and propane tank delivered by 2 pm the next day. The only negatives of this property were the flooring as they slid around right outside throughout the main floor (not installed correctly) and the railing off the deck is not the most stabile thing. But do not let these two things deter you from this property as they are not (at least in our preferences) a huge issue."

- "nice home away from home" - "Overall the experience was great. Learned what we really needed to bring, because we thought it would be on sight. Bathroom toilet paper supplies were extremely light and we need to supply our own after only 2 days there. Basic kitchen stuff like salt and pepper, containers but nothing on them. Access to local TV channels. Lots of cobwebs in the corners of the vaulted ceilings. The grill worked great, but needs some TLC cleaning on the flame protection covers that have a buildup on them that lead to alot of flame ups. Overall we were all happy with the location and the amenities. Would not hesitate to rent again on the future."

- "I stayed here a couple weeks ago with family and friends for a girls weekend. The place is clean, and accommodating. We loved the 6 free passes to the indoor/outdoor pool attached to bridges bay where we spent a majority of our time!" - "Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is our fourth year staying at Bridge’s Bay in the cabins on the pond and this cabin didn’t disappoint. Great stock of utensils, very clean, beds were comfortable, and the management company was very responsive. Only nitpick would be that the top bunks in the second bedroom don’t have a safety rail. Makes them unusable for little kids. Otherwise, great property and would definitely stay here again."

A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

This condo was crisp & clean, very nicely furnished and left nothing to the imagination when it came to cookware, games, toiletries, kitchen gadgets etc. Would absolutely stay here again." - "This place is amazing. VERY nice accommodations and roomy. Great location. They did not cut corners on things like extra blankets, towels, quality Kleenex and toilet paper. Most places give you the bare minimum, if that. They also had games for the family. The check in instructions were so simple and not buried in a bunch of other rules making it hard to find. There were signs in the condo making it easy to know what things were for, WiFi and check out instructions. I am not one to leave reviews but I had to for this place. I would highly recommend!!!"

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
