In winter we try to keep a path shoveled, we have added a nice sidewalk /stairs down the incline. Neighborhood is very safe and a nice large park just a block away. You will probably have a driveway park or across the street from our home is available.

We also have a full house listing above this area. We try to not rent out at the same time the basement is being occupied but We have a fan, CD player and TV that muffles the activity noises upstairs! We don't allow smoking at all in the house.
