The amenities listed also noted shampoo in the bathroom and it was not. It was a bottle of conditioner. Just added 43’' roku tv, so catch up on Netflix or just relax and read. Massive triple windows provide a cityscape view and enable tons of natural light. Black out curtains as well for a deep sleep.

This unique Home Stay has a style all of its own. This is a perfect, quiet, non smoking/non vaping 1 bedroom suite for the traveling nurse or other professional on assignment in Quincy, IL. Located on the south side of a Historic Mansion built in 1875, enjoy private entrances, a full kitchen, a full bath, large bedroom with queen bed, fresh linen and towels and it's completely furnished. Comes with free WIFI and cable TV. Photo ID required upon check in.

The space
This suite is completely furnished with living room, full bath, TV, cable, WIFI, queen size bed with fresh linen and blankets, complete kitchen with table, chairs, refrigerator, gas stove and oven and microwave with coffee maker. Dishes, pots and pans, and utensils are also provided. Housekeeping can be scheduled daily which includes changing sheets, dusting and vacumming. This unit has Central heat and window AC unit. This unit is also non smoking, non vaping, drug free and no pets allowed.

Guest will have private access to their suite with 2 entrances. Parking is available off street or at curb. Utilities are included but some conditions apply, such as a percentage will be asked for when high useage is occuring. So, we do ask that guests conserve energy and turn off lights and other items when not in use.

Other things to note
Photo ID will be required at check in. This suite is only for a single 1 person rental (2 maximum if a couple), designed for the traveling nurse or other professional. No overnight or long staying guests are permitted. Also, please adhere to the condition that this unit is smoke free, vape free, drug free and pet free. We appreciate your compliance in this for future guests after you.

Breathtaking and museum like, with fun and artistic expression infused throughout. Perfect for large groups or family. Huge kitchen to cook for large groups, newly installed central AC cools the large loft area on hottest of days. A true sight to behold with plenty of surprises to experience and art that will amaze.

The space
6000sf loft apartment with separate bedrooms, private baths, original tin ceilings, and a funky and fun approach to decor. 3 bedrooms, 2 King, 2 Queen, a single, rollaway beds and air mattresses as needed. Master private bath, and shared second bath with claw foot tub, vintage sink and two separate stalls. Plenty of couch surfing for additional occupants. Large common area just had brand new Central air installed as well!

Other things to note
I've worked in music, film, and concert industry for decades. My loft is like a museum, inquire origins of anything at all. The space functions as the Gallery Outre as well. Overall approach is fun and colorful. Not for fans of white walls or small mindedness. There are stairs present, 31 to be exact to reach the loft.

We have active cameras in the main entryway stairwell for security. They are only in this area which is a public space.
