We don`t need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy. Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. Locals must contact the host upon booking. Our service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be provided for the guests for an additional charge. To provide the best quality service to our guests, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our towels/bedsheets will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Check-in at 4PM / Check-out at 11AM Check out time is STRICTLY at 11 AM unless late check out is previously confirmed. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. The occupancy limit for this property is 6 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges.

- "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything you’d need in the kitchen and had a smart TV. It is an upstairs unit so you need to be able to do stairs."

- "We stay at the Silo whenever possible. It’s always clean and comfortable. " - "I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience at first. The place was brand new, everything super clean and comfortable. So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are super thin with no sound insulation. I could literally hear the people in the unit above me talking normally, every word. Obviously the floors upstairs are hard surfaces because you can hear every footstep extremely loud. But it got worse, literally from 9pm-7am it was nonstop noise from upstairs. People arguing most of the night and then at 2am it sounded like an all out fight, furniture was crashing around and yelling. So much so in fact that the painting above the headboard in the bedroom came halfway off the wall, that’s seriously the level of disturbance that was taking place. I honestly thought about calling the police several times but thought it would only add the the misery of the experience. Then to top it all off in the morning the shower had no hot water, wow! I honestly wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid the amount I had to fork out to endure this stay."

This basement apartment is 500 sq ft with a separate entrance, not a whole house. The Kitchenette is set up with everything you need to get going in the morning. The Living Room has an electric fireplace, a 55” TV and a workstation set up so all you need to do is plug in your laptop. The queen size bed is cushy and comfortable with a memory foam mattress and topper. Access to the fenced back yard means play room for your pup. 15 minutes to downtown Peoria and Bradley University, 10 to ICC (more)

There is a folding bed, full sized, for a third person. I’m told it’s comfy! Be aware there is no real door between the bedroom and the living room, but I have put up a curtain.
Please do not book if you don’t like dogs. This is a pet-friendly listing. There’s going to be dog hair. I try to keep it to a minimum but it’s still going to be there.

Early check-in is available for a fee of $10. Please ask for permission before you arrive. If you check in without asking, the fee will be $20. Late check-out is also available for a fee of $10 an hour with permission. If you overstay without permission you will be charged for that night.
