Relax on the balcony and watch the people go by and enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this beautiful space. Kids stay in the loft with a reading nook and smart TV. Private master bedroom with touch lamps, huge closet and a work space. A beautiful get-away in a great location close to everything. Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. Cabin is a 2BR/1BA with a 1BR/1BA studio on the lower level (in-law quarters).

✓ Check in/out:
We love that you are enjoying our place! If you wish to stay longer please give us as much heads up as possible so we can accommodate a few extra minutes to another restful night! Unfortunately, if our cleaning team arrives and check-out has not occurred we may charge for the additional hours at our cleaning team's rates (minimum $50/hr). Thank you for your understanding!

✓ Guests:
-For bookings of 2 guests or more, at least one staying guest must be 21 or older.
-Please no unregistered guests without prior approval.

✓ Guests with fewer than 2 five-star reviews must submit IDs for all guests within 5 days of booking, or immediately if booked within 5 days of the stay.

✓ Noise:
This is a residential area. Please treat our neighbors with respect and allow them to enjoy their homes in peace as you would like to enjoy yours.

No Smoking allowed on the property: $300 fine minimum (usually over $1000 to remediate)

✓ Pets:
Only pre-approved pets are allowed. We’re happy to host dogs at our place! There’s just a small pet fee that’s automatically included in your booking total when you add your pets to the guest list. The fee covers up to two dogs, and if you’re bringing more than two, there’s an additional $50/dog fee.
Note: Unfortunately, we're unable to host cats due to the house owner's allergies.

PET POLICY:
✓ Pets should not be left alone outside a kennel within the unit.
✓ Please make sure your pets are good neighbors, keeping noise levels in check to avoid any ruff-housing!
✓ Be a responsible pet parent and clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property.
✓ Pets, as much as we love them, are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
✓ Any additional cleaning or damages caused by your pet will be responsibly handled and charges will be charged accordingly.

- "My whole family enjoyed this home so much. We had grandma and grandpa with us and they were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Like other reviewers said, its not as secluded as it looks in the pictures. But the neighborhood is nice and its tucked at the back so you have plenty of space the the view from the deck and back windows makes you feel very secluded. Its a beautiful atmosphere. The home is clean and stocked. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We'll definitely be back."

Parking: There are two designated parking spaces just off the street. Additionally, there is extra parking available on the drive west of the cabin.

Safety things to note:
-Please note the stairs have a steeper incline than average, so they may require extra care when navigating.

Backyard/Patio: Step outside to the patio, a lovely space to unwind, enjoy nature, and soak up some sunshine.

Grill Use:
Please use propane only, do not use charcoal or any other materials. For safety reasons, we kindly recommend that only experienced users operate the grill, and that children are kept at a safe distance while it's in use.

Kids stay in the loft w/ a reading nook and smart TV. Private master bedroom w/ touch lamps. Great location, close to everything. Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. In-law quarters on the lower level w/ kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed upon request.

The space
Full kitchen, living room, dining area, private master bedroom w/ a queen bed and a Loft with 2 twin beds and a play nook (steep steps going up to the Loft). Wrap-around porch with a swing, rocking chairs and a large back deck w/ a gas grill. Two flights of steps to get up to the Cabin. In-law quarters is separate; it has a kitchenette, 1 queen bed/room, a full bathroom and laundry. It is empty while the Cabin is booked, but available if you need more space.

Guest access
The Cabin is upstairs with a hot tub, nice deck with a grill and a front porch overlooking the road and bike trail. The In-law quarters on the lower level is separate and private - it is available upon request.

Other things to note
Second queen bed is on the lower level which is the in-law quarters and is separate from the Cabin.

Do not put cast iron pans in the dishwasher.

Events are allowed but must be disclosed. $500 fine if it happens without permission.

4-car maximum and try to keep them in the driveway. Parked cars must be kept off the street.

Every day dishes are provided as well as “Friendly Village” china for special dinners (serve 6) and platters on display. Please be careful with these as they are family heirlooms from our old family cabin in Wisconsin.
