It is a room in a divided former house. Third, while each room has a locked door, it is the equivalent of a bedroom door. In addition, the main front and back entrances were never locked as other residents required access. It is not a dangerous place at all, but I would not describe this as secure. Fourth, the mounted TV looks ready to fall off the wall. Fifth, I was informed the unit was double-booked the day I was to move in.
