- "The place was ok, it was clean and had a few basic things in the kitchen. However I was disappointed that the ad stated it had a washer dryer but it’s not the unit rather on the other end of the building. We had been traveling 9 days by the time we arrived so needed to do laundry upon arrival. When I learned it wasn’t in-unit I took to my daughter’s house instead, so I didn’t even see the washer dryer. I found the mattress comfortable but my husband said it had a dip on his side. And the king mattress was shoved into a day bed frame so was hard to get in and out of. The shower handles are coming out of the wall, needs repair. The kitchen had basics and offered tea and coffee but didn’t even have a can opener. It’s a downstairs apartment so you have people walking overhead. Also there is a window air conditioner in the front dining room but none in the back bedrooms. So for our stay in Sept the weather was ok and a box fan they provided kept us cool, but I sure would not want to stay in the heat of summer. Overall it worked for the 5 nights we stayed but I wouldn’t book again. "

- "I booked this studio yesterday and am so glad I did!! I don’t have a lot of experience with booking things, but the hosts made it so easy!! They were courteous, professional, and they answered my questions/concerns immediately!! The hosts gave me additional activities/places to check out, and I ended up booking another night!!!! The unit is well priced, clean, and has ample space. There are a lot of things to do within 15 minutes of the studio, and the hosts are wonderful!!! Downtown Aurora is only about 10 min. away from the studio, and there is an ongoing Day of the Dead celebration through Nov. 5th!!! Basement of the Dead and Massacre Murder Mystery, 2 of the highest rated haunted houses, are less than 15 min. away from the studio!!! Blackberry Farm is less than 10 min away, and there are several things to do there!!! (The admission fee allows for unlimited rides on most things, which is amazing!) The Chicago Premium Outlets mall (great for early holiday shopping!!!) and Paramount Theater are about 15 min. from the studio. I am hoping to book this studio again during the Christkindl Market (Nov. 17th - Dec. 24th) when they have the German Lantern Parade (Nov. 26th and/or Dec. 10th). They will be showing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Paramount Theatre around the same time (Nov. 8th - Jan. 14th 2024)!!!! The Chicago Premium Outlets mall will have even better deals at that time!!! I owe my hosts a HUGE thank you for making this a better experience than I hoped for!!"

Unit has window AC. Thermostats on the wall are only for heat.

**Dogs ARE allowed but you have to include that in your reservation, if you do not reserve it with a dog there's a 250.00 fine if you have one. Cost per dog is $50.00 per stay(not per night). Dog MUST be house broken and MUST be crated when left alone in the apartment. Also they are NOT allowed on furniture. There's a dog bowl under the kitchen sink cabinet.
**Cats are allow only if declawed (sorry we do not want our furniture scratched up for the next guest)

Secure locked lobby for your protection and there is a camera in the lobby. Also there is a camera at the front door on the OUTSIDE. There is no cameras in the unit.

We do not provide body lotion or shampoo, bring your own. If you are going to water park DO NOT remove our towels from the unit, bring your own beach towels. We do give you $10.00 off promo code to purchase Raging Rapids Water Park tickets when you are staying with us. Brochure with promo code is in the Guide Book in the room.

Lock to the front door is keyless, it will need a code to get in. Code will be active at check in not before (unless you pay for early check ins).

AC - there's 1 AC window unit in the apartment and fan.

Share coined laundry machines downstairs in the laundry room. You supply soap if needed.

Parking is on the side and rear of building, no permit or window sticker needed.

Check out instructions are just strip bed, put used towels in bathtub, removed garbage from unit. If any dishes or glasses break, please let us know ahead of time (accidents happen). Please lock door and text us when checked out.
