- "The place was ok, it was clean and had a few basic things in the kitchen. However I was disappointed that the ad stated it had a washer dryer but it’s not the unit rather on the other end of the building. We had been traveling 9 days by the time we arrived so needed to do laundry upon arrival. When I learned it wasn’t in-unit I took to my daughter’s house instead, so I didn’t even see the washer dryer. I found the mattress comfortable but my husband said it had a dip on his side. And the king mattress was shoved into a day bed frame so was hard to get in and out of. The shower handles are coming out of the wall, needs repair. The kitchen had basics and offered tea and coffee but didn’t even have a can opener. It’s a downstairs apartment so you have people walking overhead. Also there is a window air conditioner in the front dining room but none in the back bedrooms. So for our stay in Sept the weather was ok and a box fan they provided kept us cool, but I sure would not want to stay in the heat of summer. Overall it worked for the 5 nights we stayed but I wouldn’t book again. "

We prioritize your security, and our building features a Ring doorbell camera for added peace of mind. Access to the building is restricted to residents and authorized personnel only. Your safety and privacy are paramount during your stay. The front door lock is keyless and requires a code for entry, which will be provided at check-in.

For your convenience, there is a shared laundry room downstairs with coin-operated machines. You'll need to provide your own laundry soap.

We're pet-friendly and welcome your furry companions! Please review our pet policy. Dogs should be housebroken (not peepee pad trained) and a maximum of 1 dog is allowed in an apartment of this size. They are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Cats are also allowed but must be declawed and crated when you leave the apartment. They are not allowed on furniture. Remember to include your pet on the reservation.

★ Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or illegal substances anywhere on the premises at any time. Any form of smoking will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★ No events or gatherings of any kind are allowed. Visitors are permitted, but not after 9 PM, as they would then be considered overnight guests. Unannounced guests will incur a charge of $50.00 per night beyond quiet hours.
★ One pet is permitted, subject to approval (please refer to pet rules below).
★ Upon booking, you will need to share an unaltered photo of a government-issued ID (e.g driver’s license, state ID, or passport) for every adult guest through the platform's chat communication.

★★ Please read these house rules carefully before booking, as compliance is expected. ★★
★ Dining on the beds is prohibited. We provide a dining room table and a lift-top table in the living room area.
★ Ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation, and no unapproved visitors are present after 9 PM.
★ Quiet hours are in effect from 9 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and from 10 PM to 9 AM during weekends, as well as local and federal holidays. Please respect your neighbors by adhering to these quiet hours.
★ We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises.
★ Always lock the front door, back door, balcony, and deck door, as well as any other access points. Your safety and the security of your belongings are our priority.
★ Parcel delivery is not permitted.
★ The use of candles and open flames in the apartment is prohibited.

★ ★ Pet Fees & Guidelines ★ ★
★ A $50 pet fee applies per stay. Maximum dog size allowed is 50 lbs. Cats must be declawed, and any damage to furniture is the responsibility of the owner. Only one animal is allowed in this apartment, in accordance with property management rules.
★ Only housebroken animals are allowed. Animals other than dogs and cats must remain in their designated spaces (e.g fishbowl, cage, etc.). Dogs must be taken outside for bathroom breaks; no pee pads are allowed for training. When left alone in the apartment, dogs must be crated, and animals are not permitted on the furniture. It is your responsibility to promptly clean up dog waste in the yard. Fines for not doing so start at $50.00, with additional cleaning fees depending on the amount left behind.
★ When bringing pets, the check-out time will be adjusted to be 1 hour earlier to provide our cleaning staff with extra time to prepare the unit for the next guests.

★ Smoking of any kind: $250 charge
★ Unapproved late check-out: $40 for every 15 minutes after the check-out time
★ $100 per animal left unattended in the unit, per occurrence
★ $250 for disabling, obstructing, or tampering with any safety or security devices, immediate eviction required
★ $100 extra cleaning fee for sofa stains

- "I booked this studio yesterday and am so glad I did!! I don’t have a lot of experience with booking things, but the hosts made it so easy!! They were courteous, professional, and they answered my questions/concerns immediately!! The hosts gave me additional activities/places to check out, and I ended up booking another night!!!! The unit is well priced, clean, and has ample space. There are a lot of things to do within 15 minutes of the studio, and the hosts are wonderful!!! Downtown Aurora is only about 10 min. away from the studio, and there is an ongoing Day of the Dead celebration through Nov. 5th!!! Basement of the Dead and Massacre Murder Mystery, 2 of the highest rated haunted houses, are less than 15 min. away from the studio!!! Blackberry Farm is less than 10 min away, and there are several things to do there!!! (The admission fee allows for unlimited rides on most things, which is amazing!) The Chicago Premium Outlets mall (great for early holiday shopping!!!) and Paramount Theater are about 15 min. from the studio. I am hoping to book this studio again during the Christkindl Market (Nov. 17th - Dec. 24th) when they have the German Lantern Parade (Nov. 26th and/or Dec. 10th). They will be showing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Paramount Theatre around the same time (Nov. 8th - Jan. 14th 2024)!!!! The Chicago Premium Outlets mall will have even better deals at that time!!! I owe my hosts a HUGE thank you for making this a better experience than I hoped for!!"
