Location can't be beat. Literally just steps away from EAST DUNDEE main Street and all it has to offer. Bakery just around the corner to pick up breakfast. Bike path starts just a block away that takes you all the way to Geneva in one direction and Algonquin in the other. During the summer there is wine down Wednesday and Thirsty Thursday with band playing while you sit back and relax. Every Saturday in summer and the EAST DUNDEE Depot there is a fleas market. - "Clean, quiet and cozy…just right for a short get away. The town of Dundee is relaxed with plenty of restaurants. My in the clean, well kept loft was perfect! Suzanne is a perfect host. A nice "welcome" message written on a hallway mirror. A well done kitchenette stocked with some welcome snacks like micro popcorn, chocolates and water bottles. A full ice cube tray was even waiting in the freezer. The only negative would be the road noise during the night. But we were warned about old buildings and thin walls. Plus, there were two pairs or ear plugs on the counter. The owner obviously accounted for that and it was a nice touch. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn't change a thing!"

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

- "St Patrick's Day is always a great time in East Dundee so we have been celebrating there for many years. The only downside was trying to find safe transportation home. This led to us looking for somewhere close to stay. Fortunately, we found the perfect location right in East Dundee. It has multiple parking spots on the back side of the building while the front side has a great balcony overlooking River St. It was the perfect spot to watch the parade as well as for some people watching throughout the weekend. The unit was clean and very cozy. It provided a spot for us to make a few meals as well as a great meetup spot when the downtown area was overly busy. The selfish side of me did not want to give a review to increase the likelihood it would be available for next year. If you are looking for a nice place to spend a weekend, this is it. If I had to guess there are at least 15 restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a Dairy Queen and a frozen custard shop. If you enjoy the outdoors the Fox River Bike Trail is directly across the street. The trail is over 40 miles in length and runs from Aurora north into Algonquin. The combination of the nice unit mixed with such a great location I would definitely give it 5 stars and look forward to our next stay!"

Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. - "The house is very outdated. The condo portion of the house I stayed is super small. The place smelled very bad, especially the couch. The shower is so tiny, you could barely fit there. Bathroom toilet is installed in very unconvenient place, not much space. Only had 2 working outlets in the kitchen. When one stopped working and I asked the owner to fix it he said after I leave. No washer, drier or dishwasher. Very outdated kitchen. Couldn't use the outside space as it was only for downstairs tenants. After issues with bathroom pipes and water damage the owner blamed that on me. I will never recommend this place to anyone."

**The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities.

Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.

*A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.

*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
