Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age and identity for all bookings.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $25 daily pet fee and a signed pet agreement are required. Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges.

Parking: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please do not park in unmarked or restricted areas.

Community Rules: Located in the Village of Four Seasons, this home is part of a private residential community. All local rules are posted on-site and in the property guidebook, and must be followed at all times.

This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use. Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $35 per night.

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well.
Guest access
Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.
Other things to note
Please note, if you have more than 4 guests there is a $10 per person per night fee for the extra people up to 6 people max! will automatically calculate this for you at booking, so please ensure to book for the exact amount of people you plan to have stay. If you show up to the condo with more people than what you booked your reservation will be in violation of our house rules and you could be asked to leave immediately.

The boat slip is $35 per day extra. If you want to book the boat slip please let me know at booking so I can send you a request to collect this fee

- "Great place to stay! Loved the view from the bedroom and screened in porch. Very quiet!" - "First thing I noticed was the amount of bugs on my door and around it. When we went into the unit I could tell it was not fully cleaned as we found bugs on the corners of the carpet and the outdoor patio table was really dirty. After staying one night my wife discovered a bed bug crawling on her pillow and upon further inspection we found more of them. Calling all weekend nobody got back to us and due to this we were forced to stay at another place for one night and had to leave our vacation a day early due to this. Would never recommend this place to anyone."

- "We stayed 5 nights at this lovely condo with a fantatic view of the lake. Spacious., clean and close to attractions. Very quiet. A bonus was the kitchenette located in the 2nd bedroom along with a separate entrance. Responsive host/owner. Would definately stay here again" - "We encountered a few wasps flying around in the room upon arrival. The patio area was filthy and had a lot of dead bugs. The kitchen skillets were scratched Teflon and unusable. One bed’s comforter was stained. The TV in the small bedroom would only turn on—there was no volume when turned up and it wouldn’t switch to HDMI for channels —also there were no batteries in one remote. The ceiling light in the small room wouldn’t turn on. The living room and dining room were spacious and relaxing. There was plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. There were dead bugs/wasp in living room around the boarder. The upstairs tenants were extremely noisy late hours during the night. The hot water pipes upstairs were popping and ticking when in use. Windows in master bed were dirty. The view to the lake was amazing."

- "We had an amazing stay. The room was great, pool and lake right on site. The only issue we had was the cleaning people and pest control people came in to do their thing while we were there. I guess the booking days didn't get relayed correctly and they thought the room was empty." - "The entrance was convenient for those that prefer no steps, however, getting to the pool is another story, many steps but we faired ok. The screened porch/patio was a plus to enjoy the main channel view. The short Uber rides to Business 54/Dam restauarants is a plus."

- "This condo is in a great location for lake watching. Boat slips may be available at the Four Seasons Matina next door for $75/night. Call 573-723-3506 to reserve a slip. However, the condo could use updating. The dishwasher was broken while we were there and looked as if it had been broken for awhile. Lights bulbs were burned out and there weren’t extras. Soap for the showers and tub (in the middle of the master bedroom) we’re in short supply so bring your own. Very small amount of silverware and dishes. The window in the master bedroom is missing a slat on the vertical blinds and since the unit is on the ground floor it didn’t offer much in the way of privacy. The patio hadn’t been swept after the last guest so the food that remained attracted ants. The mattresses are VERY firm. Bedspreads and window coverings appear to have been there since the 80’s. This unit needs some tender living care."

- "We stayed over the 4th of July holiday weekend. The location was convenient for a nice quiet stay with kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. We would definitely stay again!"

This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex. There are also no steps from the parking lot to the unit! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use.

Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $25 per night

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well. Please look for the binder in the condo for a list of things to do.

Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.
