Parking: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please do not park in unmarked or restricted areas.

Community Rules: Located in the Village of Four Seasons, this home is part of a private residential community. All local rules are posted on-site and in the property guidebook, and must be followed at all times.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is allowed inside or outside the property. Any evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and cleaning.

YOU WILL CHECK IN AT THE GATOR MART, THEN GO TO SHADY GATORS - ASK FOR JG TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE VIP WRIST BANDS. HE CAN ALSO RESERVE YOUR CABANA, AND/OR RESERVE YOUR DINNER TABLE. HE WILL NOT GIVE OUT MORE WRIST BANDS THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUANCY OF THE HOUSE. REMEMBER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE. IF YOU INVITE OTHER PEOPLE INTO THE HOUSE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF THEY CAUSE DAMAGE.THE DAMAGE YOU WILL SEE ON SOME OF THE HOUSES HAS ALREADY BEEN LOGGED. IT IS SCHEDULED TO BE REPAIRED.

REMEMBER TO STAGGER SHOWERS AS THE WATER HEATERS WILL NOT KEEP UP.

BRING COOLERS FOR YOUR BEER AND WATER AS IT WILL TAKE AN EMPTY REFRIGERATOR 12-18 HOURS TO COOL YOUR BEVERAGES. THE FRIDGE IS NOT TURNED OFF, IT JUST TAKES A WHILE TO COOL ITEMS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU STOCK IT FULL.

MISSOURI HAS HIGH HUMIDITY. IF YOU LEAVE A SLIDING DOOR OPEN THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL FREEZE UP, AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO EXCEPT TURN IT OFF FOR 24 HOURS TO THAW.

ALL OF OUR HOUSES ARE ON SEPTIC SYSTEMS. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN TOILETS EXCEPT TOILET PAPER AND BODY FLUIDS.
